La ruche d'or : Mazet with 3 bedrooms - swimming pool

Set within our property, a century-old olive grove, we offer this 75 m² detached mazet with its own private terrace. If you’re looking for peace and quiet and authentic Provençal charm, then you’ve come to the right place!

The cottage is built on two levels: Ground floor: living room with a fully equipped open-concept kitchen (refrigerator, freezer, oven, hob, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, etc.), separate toilet, master bedroom with two single beds or one double bed, and a shower room with a toilet. On the garden level: one bedroom with a double bed (140 cm), one bedroom with two single beds or one double bed, and a shower room. On this level, there is also a beautiful private terrace with outdoor seating and a table for 6 people. The bedrooms are air-conditioned; the living room is not. A parking space in front of the cottage completes the property. The accommodation is equipped with fiber-optic internet.

The pool is shared, and we are welcome to use it. We also have two adorable dogs (one French bulldog and one Cane Corso) in the garden when we’re there.

The cottage is in a quiet location, with the forest and hiking trails nearby. The beautiful village of Saint-Cezaire is just 5 km away, where you’ll find all the shops you need (bank, pharmacy, artisanal ice cream shop, restaurants, supermarket, local market on Saturdays, etc.). We prefer to communicate through Airbnb for a faster response.
