Renting Villa, about 100 sq meters, facing the sea on Theoule-sur-Mer, at Miramar, next to « Palais Bulles » of Pierre Cardin. Direct view from the bedrooms and terrace over the sea, Cannes bay and Lérins islands.
3 bedrooms (2 bedrooms with dou ble beds and a room with 4 bunk beds). Bedding is provided.
1 kitchen fully equiped with micro wave, washing machine, American fridge, oven, toaster, etc…
1 bathroom and a shower room
1 living room with stellite TV and sofa with the option to use is as an additional bed
3 terraces with Ping pong, barbecue, swimming pool and garden
Private parking lot for 2 cars
It’s possible to get more pictures on request, to rent over a week end or short breaks
Cleaning is on top at the end of the journey, at 100 euros
