For the design of the villa on a long plot, an architect was called in to build it in the center, combining contemporary, oriental and traditional local styles.
Very functional, it has a large bright living room, with large volumes, adjoining 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, equipped with bathrooms.
Upstairs, a mezzanine provides access to the circular terrace offering a clear view of the quiet, leafy residential area and the neighboring hotel with the ocean and lagoon in the background.
Open to the living room by a bar, the American kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances.
On the front, the sheltered terrace gives full access to the 4 x 8 m swimming pool, with its shellfish beach, pool house and outdoor kitchen equipped with sink, barbecue, plancha and gas stove.
Behind, a shaded and planted patio leads to the two independent twin huts with shower room, WC and ratchet, each accommodating 2 adults and 1 child / teenager. Each hut is air conditioned.
In front of the swimming pool and lodge, the main gate gives access to the gravelled parking lot. Behind the huts, a 50-meter garden in sand opens onto a locked gate opposite the hotel, providing access to the beaches located a few steps away, and to the village on foot, by bicycle or by taxi. The space allows good insulation against the nuisance of the neighboring hotel while enjoying the benefits. It lights up automatically at night and is well suited for pétanque and table tennis around its central baobab.
A hedge of bougainvillea fences the whole for maximum security and privacy.
Guardian Kabirou, discreetly lives on site at one end of the property. He manages the plantations, the swimming pool, solar energy, stewardship and can give useful tourist advice. From Monday to Saturday, Nogaye takes care of the cleaning, the household linen, the crockery and, on request, the meals.
The water stored in a buried reserve is distributed under pressure, protected from cuts.
A solar installation supplies essential electrical needs (fridge, water pump, lighting, pool filtering, etc.) and makes it possible to safely ignore any load shedding from the network.
