Just the best property … every detail - and that rooftop deck ! We’ve stayed in lots of VRBOs / really good experiences almost always… but Samantha &.Chris raise the bar for both hosts and property ! ( also.. the MOST comfortable bed ever !!)

The best VRBO we’ve ever stayed at and we’ve booked VRBOs all over the world. Beautifully designed, looks likes it was updated yesterday, super clean, very well appointed and the hosts we so responsive to all of our questions. The rooftop patio was a huge bonus. The location was perfect for exploring Boston and great food in the North end. We LOVED IT.

We had a great stay our first time in Boston. The location is ideal, walkable to almost everything and easy train ride to Salem! We weren’t able to capitalize on the roof top deck because of the wind (here when the Nor’easter was coming in) but it looked lovely! Samantha and Chris are great hosts and communication with them was excellent! Make sure to make parking reservations at one of the nearby lots. Street parking is very difficult. We were at the lot at 2 Battery Wharf which was very convenient. Would highly recommend staying here!!

We had a great stay. Host provided wonderful directions on everything to use in unit and also left recs for area. Location was perfect and unit was clean and comfortable. We had room to spread out and use of rooftop deck and hot tub. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Spot for First Visit to Boston

Could not have been more satisfied with this stay. Chris and Samantha have such an eye for all of the details that make a stay comfortable. The private roof deck with hot tub is amazing (as is the cool electric window/door used to get to the deck!). The place was immaculate and uncluttered (but still somehow had every item we needed). Location in the North End was excellent...close to all the restaurants (but not so close that it's noisy) and also right by the water for lovely harbor view walks. Can't wait to come back!

This was our 2nd time staying at this property. It is perfectly located to explore everything that Boston offers. The rooftop offers a nice vantage point to finish the evening with a drink. Highly recommend this property!

I loved this stay so much. It's conveniently located to tons of restaurants. The owners are super responsive when you need them and the view from the deck is amazing! If I'm ever back in Boston, this is where I'll stay.

The place was very clean and in a perfect location. Many very great restaurants and stores within walking distance and the hosts couldn’t have been any easier to work with. Highly recommend this location for a trip to Boston!

Cozy, comfortable stay!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely apartment. It was clean, comfortable and well furnished. It is within walking distance to many great restaurants and the subway system. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

The apartment ln Little Italy was amazing. Great location to local restaurants and attractions. Chris and Samantha were amazing hosts and very helpful to my husband and me. They had a great book that was well done listing restaurants, attractions and how to work certain things in the apartment. This is an amazing property and would stay here again.

Quiet and Convenient

What a great place in the North End! Samantha and Chris were such gracious hosts and the place was super! It was spotless, quiet, nicely appointed, and had everything we needed. The roof deck and views were icing on the cake! I’d highly recommend it and would definitely book again.

Loved the Rooftop Deck and Views!

This was by far our best stay through VRBO. Samantha and Chris went above and beyond by providing tons of detailed information about recommended restaurants to eat, best local bread, things to do, etc. The place was immaculate and the roof deck hot tub provided a welcome respite after a grueling marathon. We definitely plan to stay here again!
