About this property

HAVRE DE PAIX, Testerine sinner's house

Family house for 6 people, all the comforts for a great holiday. This house was first made for you, so it has everything you need.

Everything can be done by bike, Arcachon 20 min, the dune 30 min (if bike with electric assistance bikes -:). There is a nice rental company at the train station of La Teste. Possibility to park up to 2 cars in the property.

Otherwise by car The centre of Arcachon is 10 minutes away, the Dune du Pyla is 15 minutes away and the ocean beach of Petit Nice is 20 minutes away.

The largest market in the basin is a 10-minute walk from the house, and in a few minutes you are at the oyster port of La Teste, typical and beautiful place in the pool.

- A cleaning fee of €110 will be charged in addition to the rental, directly by the on-site concierge service

- A bed and bath linen package will also be provided for a flat rate of €15 per stay per person for stays of less than 7 nights.

Finally, a 6-seater SPA will be installed during the 1st week of July 2025
