Coming back again! The house is beautiful. The backyard is great. What is generally most important to me is the neighborhood and location. The neighborhood is great. It is quiet and the people we came across while walking our dog were extremely nice too. The location was the best thing about the house. You are in the middle of everything, whether golfing at we-ko-pa, close to the restaurants we go to, close to the gym, shopping, etc. Definitely staying here again. Eric P.

For the cycling enthusiasts, there are terrific bike lanes and paths to enjoy a ride to Mummy and Camelback Mountains. For hikers, you are minutes away from Pinnacle Peak trails and Tom’s Thumb. I love real estate! After retiring from corporate America I decided to make real estate my full time gig. Since then I've renovated more than 30 properties, acquired my Professional Staging Certification, and helped many people buy and sell properties in AZ and IL. Although we've owned traditional rental properties this is our first foray into short-term rentals. Excited to be a part of this new experience and to welcome you into our Happy Home.
