The home
Spread across two floors, this spacious modern townhouse comfortably sleeps up to 14 guests (10 adults max) across five thoughtfully designed bedrooms and a loft movie room. You'll find two king suites, a first-floor queen suite, a Star Wars themed room, and a Mickey Mouse themed room the little ones will never want to leave. The loft movie room doubles as a sixth sleeping space with a queen pull-out sofa — perfect for teens or extra adults.
The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped for everything from quick breakfasts before a park day to full family dinners. The open-plan living and dining area comfortably seats your whole group, and the south-facing private pool patio gives you complete privacy — no neighbors looking in.
Catch the Disney fireworks from the Star Wars bedroom window in the evening. Several of our guests say it's the most magical moment of their entire trip.

The screened, south-facing pool gets sun all day and is completely private. Optional pool heating is available for $45/night (must cover the full stay). Want to grill? Bring or rent a BBQ for the patio and make a night of it.

Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights
Log out of all your personal subscriptions, such as YouTube, Amazon Prime, and Netflix, from the TV. Double-check all furniture and under the bed to make sure you no personal items are left behind.
Kindly take out the trash and dispose of it in the designated trash bin (bench) outside the front door.
Please be sure to return fobs or keycard to the clubhouse to receive your deposit back.
We highly recommend you to take a picture or write down our booking contact info that we posted at the front entry table so you can find us in the future to save you cost of booking when you return.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Guest is required to sign a Renter Agreement. Security Deposit Required of $300. Monthly stay requires security deposit of $1,000.
Before you check out all the trash needs to be bagged in the 13 gallon trash bags we provided and taken into the trash bench outside the property.
No pets, no shoes on carpet, no firearms or fireworks allowed,visitors will be subject to extra guest fee of 20/person/day if booking exceeds 8 people

Pleasant and Convenient
My family and I stayed at this property for our Disney vacation. It was clean, pleasant, and convenient. The owners quickly respond to emails and answer and all questions that you may have right away. We had a great time. I definitely recommend this place.

A beautiful home!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.
The house was clean and very comfortable for me, my husband, our 5 kids (ages 18, 16, 14, 9 & 9), and my elderly mother. The decor was modern and cozy The kitchen was well stocked with cutlery, glasses, pots/pans (Publix is close by as well). We made some nice memories cooking in that beautiful kitchen!
The community is quiet, new, and pristine. The kids loved the clubhouse, which was just 5 mins walking. The lazy river, slides, and arcade were their favorites!
The only downside is you cannot have anyone visit you in this resort if they are not guests staying with you (their names must be on the contract). This caused a problem when my sister wanted to come visit me as she lives close to Orlando --sadly, they didnt let her through the gate. The good thing about this policy is that the community is very secure and safe as only those on the contracts can enter.
All in all, we enjoyed every bit of our stay, and look forward to booking here again.

Awesome Resort!
The townhouse was very clean and the property manager was very responsive. I sent multiple messages asking about the resort amenities in the two weeks prior to our trip and the property manager responded within a couple hours. My family really enjoyed the house - it was clean and very comfortable. We absolutely loved the Windsor Island Resort. We rented cabanas because my elderly parents were with us on the trip and were very pleased.
There are only a couple of negatives... 1. Limited number of towels in the house and had to wash towels every day. The listing did not say to bring your own pool towels and it should. 2. The neighborhood was very noisy after 10 pm each night. As we had elderly parents on our trip, this was an issue.
We will definitely plan another trip to this property and the Windsor Island Resort. We had a wonderful family vacation!
