The neat decoration of the house and its top-of-the-range equipment invite you to relax and will allow you to have an excellent stay. <br><br>The main assets of this beautiful Breton residence: its location 500m from the beach and its modern and neat decoration. <br><br>This house is really conducive to relaxation, with family or friends. The large kitchen, very well equipped, opens onto a large living room and a lounge area by the fireplace. It has 3 bedrooms equipped with double beds of 160x200 and a very large bed of 180x200, two bathrooms, a second lounge area - relaxation with a magnificent sea view.<br><br>The land of more than 2000m² has two beautiful terraces for outdoor lunch, while enjoying a magnificent sea view, in a very quiet area.<br><br>Note to families: the land is not entirely enclosed. The part that overlooks the road is well protected by a gate and a low wall but the part that overlooks the sea is not fenced.
