The home is conveniently located near the stunning community pool (heated during cooler months), which offers a collection of covered and uncovered seating areas, an outdoor kitchen, outdoor TV, waterfalls into the pool, a hot tub, and a fire pit. The community pool area also has a four-story 360-degree observation tower from which you can enjoy dazzling views of the Gulf of Mexico and Blue Mountain Beach.

BEACH ACCESS: Gulf Coast Getaway and the Highland Parks Community are located approximately 1 mile from the Blue Mountain Regional Beach Access, with restrooms and parking. The Blue Lupine Beach Access is located 0.7 miles away.

PARKING: No vehicles including golf carts are allowed to park on landscaping, grassy areas, empty lots or sidewalks. There is no overflow parking available within the community and parking on the street is strictly prohibited. The neighborhood association employs the use of a Tire Tag system for vehicle booting. With this system, the non-compliant vehicle will have a Tire Tag device placed on the spoke of their vehicle. This device can only be removed by the offending vehicle owner logging onto a website, paying a $195 processing fee and getting the code to remove the device. Instructions for removal will be left with the tagged vehicles.
