Come stay at a desert oasis fit for royalty, an Everyday Luxury Vacation Rental Property!

This spacious four-bedroom, two-bath home sleeps 8 with one king and three queen beds. The Playhouse provides two living areas and a large, well-equipped game room with a dining capacity for eight guests. A lifelong gamer created the game room with high-quality games and equipment to entertain all ages.

Come stay at a desert oasis fit for royalty. This spacious four-bedroom, two-bath home sleeps 8 with one king and three queens. The Royal Oasis provides two living areas and a large, well-equipped game room. A lifelong gamer created the game room with high-quality games and equipment to entertain all ages. This outdoor paradise sports a pool and spa (optionally heated), covered outdoor seating, natural gas grille, and a private front-yard fire pit with comfortable Adirondack chairs. The automated outdoor lights create an ambiance at dusk through the start of quiet hours at 10:00 PM. The three-car driveway and gravel siding provides ample off-street parking. The Royal Oasis is centrally located near all Coachella Valley attractions.

The sparkling pool and spa are available 24 hours a day, but guests must follow the quiet-hour rules from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. The pool and spa can be heated for guest comfort for an additional fee to cover the cost of gas and electricity from October through May.
Spa-only heating is $40/day if prepaid for the entire stay and $70/day if requested after arrival. The spa can be heated to 100 degrees.
Pool heating is $100/day if prepaid or $140/day if not. The pool can be heated to 85 degrees.

Streaming services are available on the 50" TV in the living room at the 55” TV in the game room; Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, Peacock, Paramount+, Pluto TV, Tubi, Crackle, Samsung TV Plus, and Stirr. Guests will not be able to select pay-per-view services during their stay.

A Wii Switch video game console on a 55” TV provides notable titles such as Mario Kart, Wii Sports, Fortnight, Minecraft, PGA Golf 2021, Monopoly, NBA 2021, and several retro games. Full-size Arcade games include Golden Tee Golf, and a retro console with 60 classic video games from the 1980s, including Donkey Kong, Pac Man, Galaga, Frogger, and many more. Table games include air hockey, table shuffleboard, darts, putting, and a multi-purpose poker table. Board games include the familiar family favorites, Life, Chutes & Ladders, Candyland, and Trouble, plus numerous 300-piece puzzles, playing cards, Uno, and dice games. Unattended children are not permitted in the game room. Guests will be responsible for damages. This game room is sure to entertain guests for hours.

We enjoyed all of the varied indoor and outdoor space for our family of 5 adults to enjoy. Reasonably well stocked kitchen equipment wise, but if you plan on cooking bring everything you need. Otherwise, the house has everything you need for a very comfortable stay.

This place was perfect for our little getaway. My girlfriends and I stayed here for our few days in Palm Desert, and it was very nice. They have everything you need for a comfortable stay, kitchen is well stocked with dishes, cookware, spices, teas, etc. The pool and jacuzzi were great, just need to ask in advance for it to be heated. Overall it was a very nice stay and fairly easy to communicate with the host.

Nice home. Well appointed and comfortable. Neighborhood is good and feels safe. House not quite ( but close) as nice as the pictures portray but still very nice. Would stay again. You will need an app to operate the hot tub and pool but the manager was helpful and patient.

Great property in a great neighborhood.

Loved this property for a family gathering. It is fully equipped with numerous gathering areas and the pool and spa are fantastic. Generous parking. Game room is just an awesome bonus. Primary has it's own private bathroom but be aware that the other three rooms have to share one bathroom. Appreciated fast responses from property management.

My friends and I had an incredible stay during NYE. The living-room areas (there are 2) are massive and super comfy plus we never had a shortage of space and there were 7 of us. The kitchen is well stocked and really great to cook in, the beds are EXTREMELY comfortable and the backyard/pool/spa are fantastic! The communication with our host was top notch, the flusher on the toilet broke and they had someone there within 4 hours to fix it. My friends and I had a wonderful NYE vacation at the house, I highly recommend staying there!

The house was tidy and nice to stay. We had 7 guests and the house had plenty of beds and rooms to accommodate. The house is located in a neighborhood but there is fencing around the property for privacy. Pool and spa was a nice touch but costs additional fees to heat it up… By daily. This house is not provided by a personal owner (seemed like a larger business that owns multiple properties), so communication was a little confusing and slow. Overall the house was nice and the stay was generally a good experience.

Unfortunate

I regret to say that our experience at this VRBO was highly disappointing. Firstly, the pool was far from pristine; it was dirty with trash from previous guests. For the fact we had to pay extra to heat it this was unfortunate. Additionally, despite advertising itself as suitable for gatherings, there were barely enough wine glasses for even a small group, or a location where our whole party could eat together. The advertised grass area for the kids turned out to be nothing more than rocks, a contrast to the grass depicted in the photos. Furthermore, the attractions in the entertainment room were a letdown as some did not work as promised, leaving us without the entertainment we had hoped for. Overall we had a good time, but this VRBO fell short of our expectations and failed to deliver on several key aspects, which was disappointing. This whole stay started with the company over charging us, so make sure you check your receipts.
