Full kitchen. Screened porch overlooking lake. Satellite TV.
Two John boats with trolling motors available for bass and crappie fishing in the lake. Entrance to farm is 1 mile from public boat landing for James River access. Near many VA vineyards. Less than 1 hour from Richmond, Charlottesville, and Farmville. Historic area - farm was originally a stopping point for bateaux on James River in 18th and 19th centuries.
