Beachfront House in Las Concha's.

The J Beach house

The J House is furnished with pretty much everything you will need to make the best of your stay. The kitchen has a full size refrigerator and freezer, dishes, pots and pans, cooking utensils, toaster, microwave, Flatware and a dishwasher, also has a bottle of fresh filtered water.

Both bathrooms have a shower that are supplied with fresh water. There is an additional shower off the back patio to use after a dip in the ocean. If you choose not to bring any food there are plenty of restaurants to choose from.

Both bathrooms have showers that are supplied with fresh water. There is an additional shower off the back patio to use after a dip in the ocean. If you choose not to bring any food there are plenty of restaurants to choose from.

The beach is only a stone’s throw away. Watch the tide come in while you are hanging out with friends and family while barbequing on the patio. Dolphin watching is a favorite for most visitors and sometimes you may even get lucky enough to spot a whale in the distance. Make yourself comfortable this is your vacation!

If you enjoy being indoors, you will definitely enjoy the main living area. It has all the comforts you would need being away from home. This vacation getaway beach home includes just about every amenity you could find at home like a DVD Player with surround sound and Satellite Television. Relax, Take a load off.

The Master bedroom is located on the west side of the J House, this room is fitted with a King size bed and a fireplace. The Sea of Cortez is Viewable from to Large Corner windows. Easy access to the patio.

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please make sure to return keys to the box
Make sure the ACs are turned off. Please make sure to put the used sheets towels blankets in a pile in front of the brown door that is the owner’s closet.. Thank you very much
Make sure to leave the $85 cleaning fee on the kitchen island upon departure for the cleaning lady
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

I have owned in Mexico for 30 years and it's great. I love going to the beach and diving, snorkeling, jet skiing, etc.

Why they chose this property

There is no beach like this one. I can walk out my house down to the beach and be the only person there. We have all kinds of marine life, we swim with the dolphins. The water is warm and clear. I can shore dive, snorkel etc.

Small and very safe town. Peace and quiet. Every room has a view of the water.
