About this property

3br Corner Condo With Wrap-around Balcony (Newer listing)

This condo has THREE bedrooms all with windows and ocean views. The master bedroom has access to the balcony. The resort allows us to host a maximum of six adults, and a total of eight guests. So we can allow six adults and two kids, or five adults and three kids, etc. The resort boasts a full gym, two pools (one heated) with a swim up bar and two spas.

This condo is in the official Sonoran Sun RENTAL POOL. This means that if you book through me you will also be approved by the resort and have confidence in the security of your vacation reservation. USE CAUTION WHEN RENTING FROM CONDO OWNERS WHO RENT OUTSIDE OF THE APPROVED RENTAL POOL - I am not saying don't do it, but you may want to be careful and ask if your dream condo is in the rental pool. Since our condo is in the rental pool - you are able to check in at the front desk and get your wristbands in order to use the resort common areas. If you have any problems or need services such as a burnt out light bulb, broken air conditioning, plumbing leak, etc. - you are able to go down to the front desk and seek assistance, rather than having to call the owner or a third party rental agent to take care of your immediate needs.

This is the second time that we have stayed in this condo. The owners have updated the furnature and it has stunning views of the ocean being a corner unit. We would not hesitate recommending this unit to others and we look forward to booking again.

Rocky Point week

Enjoyed our stay at this beautiful; Condo.. The view from the large Terrace was magnificent. Sunrise and Sunset, sweeping views over the entire Resort and beach. The place was easy to reach and we enjoyed our stay comfortably thanks for your hospitality

That view

It was a beautiful location. It had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again. The owner and the front desk were nothing but helpful and kind. The construction workers down the hall were inappropriate creapers, but that's not the resorts fault.

Loved it! Would definitely stay here again.

On-site staff was great. The security team was totally on point! The condo had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. A few minor repairs are needed (sticky sliding glass doors, torn screen, shower in Master bathroom not functional due to mineral deposits on faucet) but otherwise all the comforts of home and then some. Would definitely rent again!

The beach and the resort were wonderful. The condo was extremely clean, which we loved but the furniture and everything in it was outdated and old. TV’s need to be upgraded, remotes were broken and old. We were not able to set up our tv appscurtains were missing from the main room

The check in process was seamless and easy. Safe parking. Place was very clean upon arrival. Very spacious with great balcony. Plenty of hot water. Very quiet. Only complaints were other guests not abiding the no music rule by the pools and the main bedroom bed was a bit hard for our taste. Overall, very nice place.

Beautiful view!

This was one of the best family vacations. The unit is very nicely furnished. The master bed is very comfortable. The unit is very spacious and accomadated all if us. The only downside is not enough bath towels. We were prepared and brought our own towels. it is mentioned in the details however to not have to pack our own would be nice.

Perfect getaway

We were visiting from New Mexico and just absolutely fell in love with this condo. It was perfectly situated with an absolutely breathtaking view. The condo was close to everywhere we wanted to go during our trip which made transporting kiddos easy. One of my little ones said that this place was their favorite vacation stay we’ve had, and we’ve been to multiple Caribbean islands and other beaches. The only thing I’d say is that if you have little ones, you must keep a close eye on them by the elevators, the windows are open and don’t have a screen. Other than that minor anxiety driver we loved our stay and will be returning very soon.

Great location, Sonoran Sun is our favorite place to stay. Absolutely beautiful view and plenty of room for a lot of people. Only drawbacks were the entire condo smelled really bad of sewer the entire time. Made sense while there was a candle in every bathroom. The garbage disposal didn’t drain properly, the dishwasher absolutely smelled awful. So bad we didn’t even open it. We ended up hand washing dishes. The living room furniture is a bit worn down and ALL the curtains are shredded from the sun and there wasn’t any in the living room to close up at night.A few fixes and this place gets five stars!

The door to the patio was broken and could not open. . No batteries in the TV remotes, so had to get batteries. One roll of toilet paper, no paper towels old bedding in the master suite. Just missed the mark.

A beautiful escape

We enjoyed the stay. Very clean. Everything need to cook and clean. Beautiful views. We had a great time. Only suggestion is more bath towels. But not a big deal, we washed as we needed.

Rocky Point Fall Break!

We absolutely loved the layout and location of W-301! The wrap-around balcony made for the perfect spot to watch gorgeous sunsets. Expectations met reality with this unit, and we're already looking forward to our next trip!!
