Woodstock is a 750 acre working sheep/beef farm. Located just 10 min drive from Rotorua amidst world famous New Zealand thermal and cultural area. Modern, award winning 3 bedroom/3 bathroom home with every room opening to decks overlooking famous Green Lake. Home is equipped with every imaginable luxurious amenity including underfloor heating, wood burning fireplace in lounge, large washer/dryer, free WiFi, croquet etc.
**25% deposit due upon booking. Payment due 30 days prior to arrival, if cancellation is made 30 days prior to arrival, you will receive full refund.**
