It has a bedroom with TV, a comfortably furnished large living room, as well as a hallway, a modern kitchen and shower room. To the garden side a terrace as well as a grill place (after arrangement) are available.  Parking on the property is due to the Praxisbetriebesnur weekend. During the week they park on the well-developed parking lane on the Claustorwall. The high-quality holiday home is situated on the edge of the historic center in a central location, just minutes away from the forest.
