This 37 m2 apartment on the ground floor, decorated with care, is ideal for a family of 4 people. It is located 50m from the ocean beach of the horizon, 5 minutes by bike from the basin, the market, shops and restaurants.
You can enjoy a landscaped terrace of 35m2 with outdoor shower for the return from the beach.
The accommodation is fully equipped and has 2 bedrooms (the first with a double bed in 140cm, the second is of the cabin type with 2 bunk beds of 90 cm).
The apartment is equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, outdoor plancha, induction hob, Nespresso coffee maker and washing machine.
Basic necessities (oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, flour, etc.) are available and should be replaced after use.
You can lighten your suitcases with the linen pack at a rate of 25 euros per person, including:
Bed linen (beds made on arrival, towels, 1 fouta for the beach/pers, tea towels, bath mats)

Perfect location close to the beach, large terrace with shower and plancha for BBQ. Extensive kitchen equipment. Covered dining area, simply outdoor living

Klein, aber fein!Wir haben eine traumhafte Zeit in dieser kleinen Ferienwohnung in Cap Ferret verbracht. Die Lage direkt am Weg zum Strand ist unschlagbar – man ist in wenigen Schritten am Meer und trotzdem wunderbar ruhig untergebracht.Die Ausstattung ist perfekt und lässt wirklich keine Wünsche offen. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die liebevoll gewählte Dekoration und die Küchenausstattung, die deutlich macht, dass hier an alles gedacht wurde. Die Wohnung ist bis ins kleinste Detail durchdacht und vermittelt sofort ein Gefühl von Zuhause.Ein besonderes Highlight ist die Terrasse: windgeschützt, gemütlich und ideal, um bei einem Glas Wein den Tag ausklingen zu lassen.Kurzum: eine Ferienwohnung mit Charme und Charakter, die in jeder Hinsicht überzeugt – wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!
