Lovely house of 100 sqm living in the center of Cap Ferret - near the lighthouse (shops and beach within 100m), refurbished with a slatted terrace (with barbecue and deckchairs) on the front and a garden on the rear part. With 3 bedrooms (1 with a 160-bed, 1 with a bed of 140 and a children's room with 2 bunk beds), a large kitchen and a large living / dining room, wireless internet, every comfort is there to spend a stay in the best conditions.
