First time visiting Iola, Kansas (from Texas) to visit our grandson attending Allen Community College. House was comfortable and neighborhood was quiet and relaxing. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

Kitchen was not clean. The stove was dirty on the top and the oven.Moldy food in the refrigeratorCountertop needed to be wiped off not cleanThe fans in all the bedrooms were dirty dust hanging down on blades .. We wiped them down. The cover on the air return was very dirty. When we took that cover off, to clean it we discovered that the filter was extremely dirty Bath tub needed scrubbed. I took pictures in the kitchen when I first got here if you would like to see them I would be glad to send them to you directly

Great Location

Perfect for our family to stay on a weekend trip to Iola, Ks. Great communication with owners. Everything we could possibly need was available and ready for us at the house. Owners even left us some brownies!

Priceless Family Hunt

Grams, Papa, Mom, Dad, granddaughter, and grandson all stayed and turkey hunted at a nearby farm. What a great place to relax, play, and enjoy a meal together after a morning of hunting!!
