Welcome to our family Lakehouse! The home has everything you need for a family get away at Lake Wallenpaupack. Lakeview from the porch, hot tub, two fire pits, and short walk to swim and lake access. The house has 4 beds and 4 baths. The master is on the main floor off the kitchen and has a queen bed and lovely bathroom attached. There are two bedrooms upstairs with bunks - each bunk has a full bed on bottom and a twin on the top and one of the rooms has an extra twin. There is a queen bedroom on the bottom floor as well as a full size pull out couch in the main area of the bottom floor. The kitchen is stunning with a very large island for gathering. The deck has clear lakeviews enhanced by clear plexiglass see through railings as well as drop down tarps for a 4 season outdoor area. The jewel of the property is the patio area complete with a decked in 6-8 person hot tub as well as a wood burning firepit and a gas one as well. The home is ring monitored along with wifi controlled entry. There is ample parking for 4-5 cars or space if someone wants to trailer a boat to the lake. The home has A/C and propane heating in addition to some electric baseboard heating for additional comfort. The home sites in Capri Estates part of the Capri Marina which is a short walk down the road. Also only about 200ft from the home is the lake access and community dock for swimming and duck feeding. Plenty of restaurants and stores nearby in Hawley and Honesdale including the fantastic Wallenpaupack Brewery. Big Bear at Masthope only 20min away and Montage Mountain only about 30-40min drive. Disclosure: There are two exterior cameras for security - one in the driveway facing the street and another under the deck facing the back entry door. The hot tub is in the coverage area of the back entry camera and should be noticeable.

Towels and Linens: Towels, hand towels, wash clothes as well as linens and blankets provided for main beds. Extra linens for blow up beds or pull out couch need to be provided by renters or requested for additional charge. Hot tub/lake towels are not provided and bath towels cannot be used outside the home.
