Stunning 160 degree Direct Ocean Views! Renovated & well appointed Bluff House

Welcome to our ocean-front home! The lovely seashell path greets you as you enter this completely renovated modern Bluff House in the Ocean Aire Estates section of Manomet (South Plymouth).
Our Bluff House sits ~144 feet directly above the ocean and was completely upgraded 8 years ago to now include a giant kitchen and open floor plan with sprawling views of Cape Cod Bay, 2 fireplaces (living room and master), a huge deck with lots of deck furniture, perfect for a wonderful family dinner.

On the main level you will find the kitchen/ entertaining area with 3 sliders to the oversized porch along with 2 bedrooms and a full bath with tub/shower. Downstairs there are two additional en-suite bedrooms with walk-in showers. We also just upgraded A/C throughout the home! If you don’t like A/C, we have ceiling fans in all bedrooms as well.

Wake up to the most beautiful sunrise with the ~160-degree views of the ocean off the deck. We are ready for you and your family & friends with parking for 6 cars in the driveway, a well-cared for yard and a fantastic location, just 6 miles from the cape cod canal await your visit.

The community: The home is located inside Ocean Air Estates, a private community in Manomet with its own beach access where you can swim, hunt for shells and observe the ocean wildlife. The beach is also ideal for kayaking and paddle boarding.

Manomet is a hamlet within Plymouth, the hometown of America. There are countless restaurants, ocean activities, shops, museums, and historic sites to visit nearby, not to mention the stunning Plymouth Beaches. Cape Cod is approximately 6 miles away as is Pine Hills for a round of Golf, their world class spa and a fabulous bite to eat!

Great hosts, beautiful house

This was the most thoughtfully stocked and designed house I've ever vacationed in. The house was clean, beautiful, and super easy to live in for a week. The view was amazing. We had two families of three, incliding two 11 year olds. We enjoyed the local beaches, exploring Plymouth, and relaxing on the deck overlooking the water.

Simply a lovely property - the best equipped/most up to date house of any we've stayed in. The deck was a wonderful pace to hang out - whether it be for sunrise over the bay, or afternoons and evenings with the cool ocean breeze. While we didn't do any real cooking, the kitchen had everything you might need to make a feast. All the bathrooms were updated and that added to the contemporary feel of the house. Being a short drive from both the center of Plymouth and Sandwich opened up opportunities for food and fun in both places. Again, a lovely place to spend the summer.

Our trip to Beaver Bluff was fabulous. From the endless amazing view from the deck/yard/living space, to the central location to so many places, this was a amazing vacation for us. Cape Cod Bay - The Bluff Life

We enjoyed the stunning view of Cape Cape Cod Bay from the comfortable deck of this home on a bluff. The house is outfitted with every convenience you can imagine to just sit back and enjoy the location with family and friends. But it is also a great location for day trips to nearby downtown Plymouth and Cape Cod. If you want to put your feet in the sand and enjoy a day at the beach, there are good options a short drive away. The hosts are committed to making sure you have everything you need for a memorable vacation!

Family vacation “out east”

Wonderful home that is extremely clean and very well equipped- lots of lovely amenities. Heidi was extremely communicative and responsive to all questions/inquiries. Perfect deck to sit and watch the ocean with your people. And- we saw a whale right off the deck twice! Would DEFINITELY stay again if we come back this way!!!

Spectacular location with memorable ocean views

Even though posted pictures of the property and views were accurate, it wasn't until you stepped out onto the balcony soaking up the gorgeous views of Cape Cod Bay and the surrounding bluff and coastline, that all senses suddenly starting kicking in, and everyone was just saying 'Wow, this is Beautiful'.... You can tell the house had been recently renovated, having all the kitchen amenities you would ever need and was beautifully decorated with a coastal theme commanding an ocean view from the kitchen and living room via the three sets of sliders onto the expansive outdoor balcony, which had plenty of seating. The yard below had four comfy Adirondack chairs with cushions and chaise, overlooking the beautiful landscaping with blooming roses and then of course, the horizon full of ocean waters. And yes, even though you're on a bluff, you can still hear the ocean surf and the sound of the birds chirping within the bluff's vegetation. All of the rooms were also tastefully decorated and beds, linens and pillows were super comfy. With three full modern and beautiful bathrooms, there was no shortage there with our family and soft plush towels were plentiful. I would be remiss if I didn't mention how great Heidi and Ross were throughout the whole booking process. Multiple times checking in with us prior to our arrival and then during our stay and even after leaving. Just goes to show how truly they care about their guests feeling welcome, comfortable and if we needed anything at all, they were a text or call away. We all had such a wonderful time at the Bluff Life and will cherish the beautiful memories, views and that amazing sunrise! We thank Heidi and Ross for sharing the Bluff Life with us!!

Why they chose this property

It will be very hard to find a home with a view like this. Our home is not huge, but it is perfect for a family, or a fun weekend away with friends. This house was renovated down to the studs a few years ago and no detail was missed. The three bathrooms are modern, clean and well designed (two with pebble floor walk in showers & radiant heat floors), the deck 13x26 with new furniture including a table that seats 8 comfortably. Air-conditioning throughout home, 2 fire places, games, serious WiFi/ethernet, and mounted smart-TVs and a shell lines entry round out this magical home.
