Duct work needs cleaning and seen a couple of spiders. Didn't use Hot Tub. Was a good stay and close to hiking trails. The deer were very friendly. We would probably go back again.

Easy to get to Desoto State Park, Desoto Falls, and Little River Canyon for hiking. It was convenient for us to come back in the middle of the day so the kids could nap and rest. We were able to pick up anything we needed in Ft. Payne, and the cabin had everything we needed to make simple meals. Making s'mores around the fire pit and relaxing in the hot tub were a great way to end a day of hiking . The living room was spacious and comfortable for our family of six, the kids enjoyed the game selection. We did have a small issue with a broken glass, and the owner was quick to respond and understanding.

Cabin was cozy, hot tub was clean and hot, firepit was relaxing and the deer were a blessing.
Deer came within 20ft of us while we sat by firepit.

It was the perfect peaceful haven after one of the worst weeks. Relaxing in the hot tub watching the deer and enjoying conversation around the fire with friends and family was just perfect.
