About this property

The Red Farmhouse

Welcome to the "Red House". She was built in the 1800's out of solid old growth redwood. She has housed many farming families over her life time. She sits on an 80 acre ranch just two minutes outside of Ferndale the "Victorian Village". It was once an operating dairy farm. Currently we use the land for our young dairy calves. Our dairy is just down the road! We started renovating her in 2020. It has been a labor of love but she has life again! We are excited to share her with all of you!

We just recently remolded this beauty! We are currently working on another farmhouse down the road. These old houses have so much charm!

We are currently less than 2 miles away from down town Ferndale. A 5 minute drive from the Pacific Ocean. Minutes away from majestic redwood tree groves. And a short distance from beautiful hikes!
