Everything is okay, but not perfect.

The apartment has four well-soundproofed bedrooms, three of which have an outside window. The kitchen is well equipped, only a dishwasher is missing. If you want to use the kitchen intensively, you should bring your own cooking pots. Unpleasant odours often come from the downstairs toilet. The television can only be used as a monitor. The WiFi is excellent. There is no additional information about the apartment or the surrounding area in the apartment. The door to the rubbish room cannot be opened from the inside. The view from the balcony on the eleventh of seventeen floors towards the Eiffel Tower and Montmartre is very beautiful. The metro station is directly opposite. There is a bakery in the building. Otherwise, there is little or nothing within walking distance, and what there is is overpriced. With a bit of luck, you can even find a parking space nearby. We do not know whether these are legal. Despite the size of the building, it is clean and in good condition.
