Beautiful apartment and good layout for a family. The location across from the metro station is extremely convenient to reach any point in the city. The host has done a great job of outfitting the kitchen.

The apartment was very clean and in a great location. A very easy walk to the train, grocery store, restaurants and most importantly, the Eiffel Tower! The hosts were quick to respond and we truly enjoyed our stay.

Nice little compact apartment close to the metro. Very clean with comfortable beds and good sized bedrooms. Of course there are many stairs, but we knew that when booking. Great little place to see Paris.

Amazing stay at this centrally located Paris apartment with our family of four, two adults and two young teenagers. Access to Metro and restaurants was amazing. Walked to Eiffel Tower each evening. Adorable building and apartment very charming and clean.

The location was excellent, being close to the metro, places to eat and shops to accommodate our needs. The third bedroom is the size of a closet with no real space to place clothing and accessories. It was only accessible through one of the other bedrooms and that was a surprise. The entire apartment was very clean and we felt comfortable while we were there.Jacques was very responsive when we asked him to make it a little warmer for us; it was warmer within minutes of the request. The stairs are challenging, and that was listed accurately. It did feel very private once we were in the apartment, so cocooning is a good way to describe the property.

Really nice little apartment in a great location. Lots of bars and restaurants literally around the corner along with a very reasonable supermarket. It was a 10 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower and the metro was just on the doorstep too! Only things to score down on were the floorboards and doors were very creaky so it could disturb late at night and we only had one fan in one of the bedrooms. There is a busy road and overground railway right outside the window of the two front bedrooms but my kids said they didn’t really get disturbed at night. All in all a really good stay, thanks for having us.

Overall we had a great stay - the location is perfect - easily walkable and metro access for major attractions. Apartment was exactly as described and worked well for our family of 5. We were glad to have the A/C in the living room for the summer heat wave and wish it helped the bedrooms which were very hot - but we made do with open windows. This was a known limitation for this flat so we knew it was a risk. The beds were not soft, and linens and pillows were uncomfortable. An upgrade here would make a huge difference! Overall we had a good experience in this flat

Very inviting apartment, good size for the 4 of us, ages 13-72. There are 72 stairs up to the apartment, which were challenging for my mother, but we knew that when we booked. Beds are US queen size and were firm but comfortable. The bunk room is small, but was fine for the girls. Fantastic location, near the metro and Eiffel Tower. Great communication with host. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful stay great location!

We had a wonderful stay in Paris, the apartment was perfect for our family of 4. The location was amazing, super easy to get around by foot and only a few steps away from the metro. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location.Super old building, and they have mostly remodeled...the flooring is bare wood, no finish...and super creaky.It was clean, beds were comfy.Very small bathroom, very small kitchen...but overall, it worked great for our family of 5. Lots of stairs, on the 4th floor.The host was easy to communicate with, and helpful in the check-in process.Would stay here again.
