Frisco Weekend stay
Our entire family enjoyed our weekend stay in Wild Flower House. There was plenty of room and it is close to downtown. We made smores around the fire pit and enjoyed the outdoor desk. Great place to stay!
perfect for a destination ski weekend with friend group
clean, spacious, plenty of bathrooms. Large table for dining together and well stocked kitchen for cooking. Nice that the guest book said we could just leave dirty dishes in the kitchen at the end. Would gladly stay again.
I would suggest fixing the garage door opener in the garage near the door to the kitchen. One of the openers is a door bell use to open the garage door and it looks like a doorbell. VERY dangerous and NOT up to building code standards.

This is our 2nd time at this home. Great spaces for the whole family to spread out. Lovely location and neighborhood. Close to Frisco Main street and Dillon Lake. This time we had a couple issues. The ovens did not work the entire time we were there. We did contact Vacasa through text (their preferred method) and phone calls. My impression was this had been going on for a while. They did repair the ceiling fan and zip tied the top rack on the dishwasher to keep it up and functional. It's still a nice place but a fully working kitchen would have made it great.

Probably the best experience I have had since the pandemic
Everything about this place was just what you would want. The communication was fabulous, the place was sparkling, it had everything it advertised and exceeded my expectations for the kinds of things you can never be sure of (e.g., kitchen accoutrements).
Only thing that could possibly improve it would be a hot tub...but that would be the icing on the very fine cake.
The house was as advertised, well maintained, professionally cleaned, smooth check-in and departure. The only disappointment was the condition of the cooking pots, pans, baking sheets and cutting board. We had to purchase new ones from Walmart as the ones provided were worn out and Teflon coating chipped. Not to worry, we left all of it behind. Still rating the house 5 star.

We were without heat, hot water and a working oven for the first 24 hours in the middle of March with NO help from the management company! After texting with them or probably artificial intelligence, we were told that a work order had been put in but that no one was available to come out. We took matters in our own hands and started flipping breakers and got everything to start working again. Unfortunately this caused us to miss a day of skiing as we had a granddaughter staying at the house who had had surgery and couldn’t ski and we weren’t going to leave her there to deal with repairmaen, who never came!.

Pros– this home was reasonably priced, big enough to fit our entire party and was available. The home is lovely. The layout is great for large groups, and the patio is divine! The neighborhood is beautiful and a 10-minute walk to the bus station (FREE bus to Copper, Breck or Keystone!) and a 20-minute walk to Main St. Cons- As a group of nine women who brought food for meals we planned to make at the house, we were surprised to find the oven had no power to the control panel. We called Vacasa and were routed to a call center located in another country. They read the oven’s owner’s manual - surprise, no quick fix. Then said they would send someone to address it, but that someone never arrived over our 3 day stay. We improvised with a small toaster oven and a change to our meal plan. Another issue…there was no water supply to the shower in the primary bathroom. Nine women and two showers was tricky - but doable. Additionally…the dishwasher did not latch properly, so we washed all dishes by hand. Most frustrating of all was that it was clear that none of these problems were new. They promised to refund a “Loss of Amenities” credit, but so far I haven’t seen anything come back to my card. If Vacasa would address these issues, it would be an amazing place to spend time with family and friends. But given the inconveniences we experienced, and their lack of interest in addressing those issues, I would probably stay somewhere else next time.
