Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Could have stayed longer!

We had a wonderful week stay! The roof top pool/ sitting area was a great bonus for my family with beautiful views of the ocean and Bay. The rooms were great sizes and the kitchen was fully stocked with any cooking supplies you might need! We will definitely be staying again for our next beach trip if this gem is available!

Nice place to stay while relaxing at the beach. Quiet neighborhood, lots of walkable restaurants, free parking. View of the ocean! Very suitable for a family of 5-8 people.

The condo was clean and had room for 6 adults and one toddler. Bedrooms were nice size and the common area had enough room for all. The location was perfect for us short walk to beach. Would stay there again. Laurie

The house was very close to the beach which was fantastic! The pool was very little but I figured since it is on the roof, the apartment does what you need it to. The beds are HORRIBLE. It could use boardgames, be more kid friendly and add the option for streaming tv. But overall, it did what it needed to and parking was very simple and easy. The shopping carts are a little trashy but very useful for packing and shopping. The deck was very nice. We enjoyed our stay for the most part.

Check in simple, great location. Communication with Vacasa great at first until issue. Cleanliness of condo very poor. Understanding this is a beach house and coming off busy season it is overall neglect on property owner and cleaning service. Found a steam mop, no pads, to do floors so my grandchildren’s feet weren’t black. 95% of blinds were missing in kitchen/living room and didn’t function. Again I get it beach house/coming of busy season but honestly no excuses should be made. Vacasa did ask if I’d like these things addressed that day however we were on a 2 night stay and these were issues that needed more than a one day fix.

Very spacious and great location.

We really enjoyed our stay and loved the layout of the condo. It was clean and well maintained. Some age was noticeable but that is expected. Our kids loved sitting on the balcony at night and we appreciated the view of the beach and the close proximity to restaurants and stores. The only real issue was the outdoor privacy blinds in the master didn't work and the interior blinds needed replacing. There was also a boarded up window in the kitchen that didn't impact our stay but it did seem strange.

Steps From the Beach

The biggest draw for this property is the location. We were able to walk to the beach in less than 5 mins and it wasn’t crowded. This stretch is relatively quiet since it’s a healthy mix of families and adults, not really the crowd set on partying into the night. The condo has 2 full baths and one half bath which is a huge bonus. Overall, clean and good for a short stay. The unit itself could use some standard maintenance repairs/upgrades but was otherwise serviceable.

LOTS OF SPACE TO SPREAD OUT!

Great value! We loved the size of this condo & the location. You can see & hear the ocean from all the windows & the balcony. It's within walking distance to several restaurants & stores. The beds were comfy & it was so nice to have ceiling fans. Well stocked kitchen. Having 2.5 baths was so convenient. The building was quiet & very secure. Bring a sleep mask! The light shines in through the blinds :/ But we'd stay here again!

Spacious rental

Unit was very spacious with awesome view of beach and bay. Blinds are broken and did not block out light making it hard to sleep because lights from next building shown in. Bathroom faucet was loose in shower in hall bathroom and it had high pitched sound which scared the grandkids. White socks were black even tho the floors looked clean. The owners have it beautifully decorated and furniture was comfortable

Great Experience

Initial view of our our rooms, appearance was very clean and inviting. All in my group agreed with that. As we were attending a wedding, other family also here, but at another location, agreed.
