NON-SMOKING PROPERTY!
No smoking of any kind in the condo, on the balcony and on the property! HOA RULES!
King bed in Master BR w/walk-in closet, 2 Full beds in 2nd BR, Queen & twin bunk beds in 3rd BR. All new beds & living room sofas.
AVOID the Saturday traffic: Sunday to Sunday weekly rentals during prime summer season.
Roomy balcony with wonderful views of the beach and bay - see sun rises and sunsets. Flat panel TV's in living room (55') & all bedrooms! All new cookware & Kitchen items, including a Keurig, Dishwasher & Washer/dryer. Swimming pool on ground level.
Very spacious 1726 sq ft - with spacious 9' ceilings. Secure building which requires 4 digit code to enter. We are right across the street from the 45th Street Village center - shops and places to eat. 5 minute walk to Seacrets & the Convention Center. Central A/C & heat.
Renter to bring all sheets, pillow cases, towels & wash cloths. No smoking allowed in unit at any time!!!
We do NOT allow group rentals to anyone under the age of 25 - no exceptions.

The condo is much larger than I expected. Beach and bay views from the balcony, walk to mini golf, lots of eating options. We were able to easily find street parking for a third car.

My family enjoyed a beautiful vacation in a well appointed condo, full of comfort and every amenity you would need.Many memories were made at the beach, at the pool, and also watching the sunset on the deck in the evening.

This was a great place to stay for a girls getaway! The balcony was incredible with a view of the bay which was only a 2 min walk away and also a view of the beach again only a 2 min walk away. The owner was very helpful with recommendations on where to eat and things to do....best trip ever!

Beautiful and convenient beach house

The house is so close to the water and makes the walk to the beach so easy! The house was great and the Miller family was so quick with all responses and providing us information on where to go and what to do each day.

Beautiful condo with a great location!

We stay in OC every spring and fall for the cruisin' car shows. This condo was in the perfect location with great views of both the bay and the ocean. It's beautifully decorated, has a large living room and very comfortable beds! It was so nice to be able to walk to the beach everyday and then head over to the Taphouse for dinner & drinks. We will definitely stay here again!

45th street in Ocean City is a perfect central location. We can walk to countless places - including Seacrets, O.C. Tap House, Belly Buster's, Ocean City Convention Center, Satellite Café / Coffee Bar, Bank of America across the street, shops and much more!

What makes this property unique

This is a very modern, well maintained building of only 12 units. We have tall 9' ceilings and a whopping 1726 square feet. No need to feel cramped while on vacation. Two parking spaces under the building, plus street parking. Just steps to the beach! Our condo entryway has an area to place beach chairs and umbrellas just outside the front door. Since our building is secure with a 4 digit push button key pad - there is never a concern about chairs or boogie boards walking off in the night.
