Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Off Season Birthday Weekend Getaway

Cozy, retro , old school Ocean City condo with amazing sunrises, moonrises, and beach/dune views. The balcony was fabulous with lots of room. The interior while a little dated was welcoming and perfect for 2 for the weekend. The mid town location made it super easy to get anywhere you needed to be. I would definitely stay there again!

Very clean and comfortable

This place was located in an area by the beach that was not crowded. Upon arrival the home was very clean. Towels were brand new and there was more than enough for the stay. The pool went up to 9ft which was very nice. I will definitely stay again. Very affordable for the quality.

Great location- beach front (dunes block water view slightly). Spacious condo for about 4-6 people. Entire condo could use a lot updating (kitchen, bathroom, etc). Very nice, large balcony!

Comfy furnishings, convenient kitchen/sitting area, Easy access to beach and nice view (can’t see beach directly in front of the space due to the dunes, but can hear the ocean and see the beach to the left) Would only say that the pillow I used was super light and thin. I actually ran out to get another one to use while there.

It was nice , the carpet felt Grimmie on my feet. And when you get there it says the placard for on the car for parking it ,( is on the back of the door it wasn't ) so had to contact for help it was on top of the fridge. . We went to the pool and it was locked, luckily the man who cleans the pool was there to let us in he asked if we forgot our key. ( We didn't have one it wasn't provided) Was a nice place with everything for the kitchen.

Stellar location; needs a deep clean

Pros: Loved the location! Nice pool. Good family vibe at the condo. Beautiful view of the oceans and dunes from the generous balcony. Easy check in/check out process. Surface cleaning was all well done. Plenty of kitchen gear. Provided lots of towels. Cons: This place really needs a deep cleaning. AC has a noticeable mildew smell that's not a dealbreaker, but was a bummer for me as a person who is a little extra sensitive to smells. The longer we were there, the more I noticed the kind of things that tend to get noticed and cleaned when a place is maintained by an owner instead of a property management company (lots of flotsam has accumulated in the cabinets, for example). Nonetheless, it was a nice week, I'd definitely stay in the building again (if not the unit), and Vacasa was easy to deal with. If you book this one, bring some blankets and toiletries--the bedding was stingy (just sheets and thin bedspreads, two pillows per bed), and the shampoo/conditioner provided was in an insufficient amount for daily cleaning for three people for four days. The kitchen will probably have what you need, though.

We had a weekend getaway and even though the weather was not in our favor, staying in the Beachloft condo was a perfect way to spend our time. Very clean and much bigger than expected. Our car battery died and the other attendants were so kind and helped us out. Great location!
