Fully Furnished 2 Bedroom Condo for Family Vacations - Beach Bliss Getaway

This nicely renovated two bedroom, two full-bathroom condo in the popular Club Ocean Villas II community is a premium experience for your summer vacation.

The open living area features the living room with sofa, reclining chairs, dining area with a large smart TV and cable. The fully-equipped kitchen includes all new stainless steel appliances including an air fryer, toaster, blender, boiling pot, coffee maker and K-cup coffee machine. There is also a full size laundry washer and dryer combo available. All Kitchen and Bathroom paper and soap products are included for your use.

The master bedroom features a king-sized bed with a smart TV with cable and a full bathroom en-suite. Please note that the double door closet in the master bedroom is the owners closet of supplies and is locked for visiting guests. The second bedroom features a queen-sized bed plus a 3 twin bunk-bed and a huge smart TV with cable and DVD/Blu-ray player. The second full bathroom with soaking-tub and separate shower is centrally located and easily accessible from throughout the condo.

There is a balcony deck off of the living area with a full size dining table. Additionally, there is a private patio area on the ground level that features an outdoor living set, outdoor shower and play toys. This is a great place to relax and unwind after a long day at the beach. Beach Chairs, Umbrellas, Wagons and Beach Toys are available for your use. A linen and towel package is included with each reservation that includes a sheet set for every bed, hand and bath towels as well as bath mats and kitchen towels as well. Please note that the living area is on the 2nd floor, any guests will have to be able to climb 1 flight of steps to enter the unit.

The community amenities include both an outdoor and an indoor pool as well as tennis / pickle-ball and racquetball courts. This great location is only about a 5-10 minute walk to the beach and is also conveniently located just behind a full size grocery store. There are tons of attractions within walking distance such as shopping, restaurants, a local movie theater, Northside park, coffee shops, ice cream, pharmacy store, convenience stores and much much more. We'd love for you to come make some lasting memories at the beautiful, clean and free Ocean City Maryland beaches.

Please understand that this rental is in a family friendly community meant for peaceful responsible family vacations. No Parties, no large groups or gatherings, and only 7 occupants maximum are allowed in this property. You must be at least 25 years old to make a reservation for this property and you must responsibly follow the rules and regulations of this community.

We had a great stay. The unit was well stocked with anything you may have forgotten or needed. We had a question during our stay and the owner was easy to reach and informative. Most importantly, the beds were comfortable!! It was an easy walk to several eating establishments and the water taxi as well if you wanted to do that as an excursion.

Great place!

We stayed here for a week while our girls had their national dance competition. The location is on the north end of town but there’s plenty to do close by, short walk to the beach. If you forget a toothbrush, phone charger, this place has you covered. Lots of amenities (beach gear, well stocked with toiletries, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, garbage bags…the things other places don’t give you). Easy walk to plenty of restaurants, ice cream, mini golf, etc.

Beautiful Condo and Amazing Hosts

This was one of the best rentals we have ever stayed at! The check in process was simple, the property was clean, and the owners thought of EVERYTHING you could possibly need. This condo was so nice. It was clean and literally had everything you needed for your stay. The amenities were great too. When it came to communication, Matt was always available and accommodate-able as well. Me and my family come to OCMD every year and this was by far one of the best stays yet. This condo has it all! From the great communication with the owners to make sure we have an easy check-in all the way until it was time to check out. This place comes equipped with any beach gear you might need (chairs, umbrellas, wagons, coolers, etc). The kitchen was fully stocked with any cooking item you need and even a few extra treats ;) My almost 3 year old loved the kids water table and having a quick walk to the pool. Highly recommend and will check for availability at our next stay in Ocean City.

All-included Getaway

Perfect VRBO for a getaway with small children! We brought our almost 2 year old and she loved the outdoor set up including the water table after our mornings at the shore. Everything you could need is there at the house from beach gear to toiletries to kitchen gadgets. We could have packed just our clothing and bathing suits and been good to go! Beach is about a 5 minute walk, which we were aware of before booking and didn’t mind. The area is quiet in the evenings. The owners were extremely easy to get a hold of and the rental was super clean. We highly recommend and plan on rebooking next time we go to OCMD!

Family Beach time

Very clean with everything you need and more with all the comforts of home. Quiet neighborhood and easy walk to the beach and shops restaurants and grocery store. Shot drive to the boardwalk and other attractions. We had a great stay with the family. Parking lot is close very easy check in and out. Wonderful Beach Getaway in a Perfect Location

We had a fantastic stay at this beach rental in Ocean City! The house was incredibly well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing and comfortable vacation. The kitchen had all the essentials and more, and the bathroom was clean and stocked with thoughtful touches.One of the best features was the location—just a short walk to the beach, and close to great restaurants and shopping. It made everything super convenient for our family. We recently stayed and had an awesome experience. Our hosts were incredibly responsive leading up to and during our trip, particularly as we had concerns with an impending tropical storm at the start. The property was beautifully decorated and we were totally surprised at the amenities and attention to detail. An Actual Vacation

I read reviews prior to booking saying how everything is provided and that is an understatement. The hosts provide so much and more that you feel taken care of and appreciated. The rental is clean and organized, everything up to date. As the mom always in charge of planning, I felt like I was taken care of as well. The hosts were thoughtful and kind and you can tell they want you to enjoy your stay. It is in a great location. So many walkable places and even driving anywhere is a short distance. We are from Jersey and were so happy to see a Wawa right in the complex. Communication was a breeze and my family truly had a great time.

Over the TOP happy with the condo

The place was extremely clean and decorated so well. Furniture was comfortable. Owners went above and beyond to make our stay nice, there were so many little things they provided if we needed items such as tooth brush or sleep mask, they even had a little gift bag for kiddos, candy for our sweet tooth. I cant rave enough on how perfect the place was and how nice /helpful the owners were. You will not find a nicer place to stay in OC. 5 Star rating is not even close to the rating they should get...it should be more like 10 x 5 stars!

We were very pleased with this property and location. Anything we needed/wanted was within walking distance. Having access to both indoor and outdoor pools was a definite plus. Really appreciated the private outdoor area to relax and enable the kids to play. We felt very pampered with all of the extras that our hosts provided. Hello there prospective renter! My wife Nataliya and I (Matt) are happy to provide a clean nicely decorated fully furnished family friendly condo for Ocean City Maryland vacation goers. Our family is from the Philly suburbs and we live in a quaint Cape Cod style house on a 2 acre homestead property. For years we've loved taking the short trip down to OCMD for our vacations. We've been renters before too so we understand what's great and what's not so great. After working hard to save up a nest egg, we finally cracked it in 2022 to purchase this condo.

Why they chose this property

When we were shopping around for a condo, we fell in love with this design that provides a nice private patio space along with the upper balcony deck and of course the 2 bedroom interior. After getting the original 80's kitchen renovated, it now feels like a complete package for a great beach condo experience. We really appreciate the 'family friendly' uptown location with so many options for entertainment and convenience. We hope you'll also enjoy your stay in the Club Ocean Villas II community.

What makes this property unique

We know that there are plenty of rental company driven places that you can choose from. In our experience, the rental companies were impersonal and didn't really seem to care about ensuring a great experience for the renters. We decided that our goal is to provide a complete and premium experience for our rental guests so that you'll enjoy your time and hopefully want to repeat your stay. We're happy to be hosting the reservations on our own rather than having a rental company middleman. We truly hope that you'll enjoy staying at our condo and we trust you'll find that the little extras like beach equipment, sports equipment, disposable products and all the other little bonuses will enhance your stay.
