In the middle of nature: bright and large apartment "Sabrina" (1. OG)

The holiday home "Zur Hohen Metze" in Roschlaub near Scheßlitz offers a wonderful view of the surroundings and is only 5 minutes by car from Scheßlitz. The two spacious, bright apartments were extensively renovated in spring 2016. Apartment Sabrina in the 1. Floor offers with 80sqm space for up to 7 people. In the establishment value was placed on a modern, yet homey design. The kitchen has a complete equipment, the bathroom is spacious, a large shower and an oversized washbasin make for a feel-good morning. A balcony (access in the hallway) belongs to the apartment. In the very extensive garden live rabbits, they can be fed. A barbecue invites to a cozy dinner in the garden. Restaurants, bakeries and shops are just a 5-minute drive away. Right next door in the inn "Finzel" you can partially on Sundays from noon and Tuesdays from 18 clock.

Cot and high chair are available on request. Hair dryer, washing machine and dryer are available. The apartment is pet and smoke free. Pitches and a garage with direct access to the house are available (the garage please inquire if needed in advance). Wi-Fi is available for free. Socket fuses in all rooms, smoke detectors available.

Towels and cleaning are included from three days in the price, for short stays under three days fall to 35.00 euros in addition.

Wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden mit der Wohnung. Sie war schön groß und wir hatten totale Ruhe. Die Lage ist wunderschön in einem sehr kleinen Dorf am Waldrand gelegen. Leider war die dazugehörige Wirtschaft wegen Sommerurlaub geschlossen. Die Küche ist sehr geräumig und groß. Es war alles vorhanden, was man braucht. (Wir hatten aber auch nicht gekocht). Ein schönes großes Bad mit großer Dusche und sehr sauber. Es gab auch einen kleinen Balkon und im Garten eine Sitzgruppe und einem Grill, den man hätte nutzen können.Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gab es in nahegelegenen Scheßlitz. Nach Bamberg waren es etwa 15 bis 20 km.

Wir, 5 köpfige Familie, buchten die Fewo "Sabrina" für sieben Nächte. Die Ferienwohnung hat einen komfortablen Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus. Bei allen Fenster ist ein Mückenschutz angebracht. In der Abstellkammer ist ein Erste-Hilfe-Kasten.- Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte durch den Vater der Vermieterin. Sein Auftreten war sehr ungepflegt, halbnackt (kam gerade aus der Küche des Restaurants, verbal grob. Fragen wurden kommentiert mit "Das sag ich dann noch;"- In der Beschreibung bei FeWo.de wird geschrieben "komplette Küchenausstattung". - Im Küchenschrank befinden sich zwei sehr dreckige Kochtöpfe. - In einem Küchenschrank sind viele Krümel und kleine Tierchen. - Kühlschrank müffelt unangenehm. - Wasserkocher ist so widerlich, von außen und von innen, dass eine Nutzung undenkbar ist. - Abtrockentücher und Spültücher müffeln.- Bad, das auf dem Foto zu sehen ist, ist in der Realität in die Jahre gekommen.- Direkt an den Waschbecken im Bad und in der Küche sind je zwei Steckdosen angebracht. - Ein Rolladen im Wohnzimmer ist defekt. - Kinderbetten sind mit eigenartigen" Flecken beschmutzt. - Haustür schließt nicht immer.- Schuppen, der als Kinderbereich mit diversen Spielgeräten ausgestattet ist, ist sehr verwahrlost, enorm verschmutzt, die Spielgeräte sind defekt. - Hausflur stinkt enorm unhygienisch. - WLAN ist sehr instabil. - Insgesamt wirken die Fotos nicht aktuell. - Besitzerin tritt nie in ErscheinungSehr merkwürdig, fragwürdig, unhygienisch

Hallo Silvia, es tut mir leid, dass ihr euch nicht wohl bei uns gefühlt habt. Da der Spielbereich teils im freien liegt, ist es sehr schwierig ihn immer völlig sauber zu halten. Es ist bei uns alles sehr ländlich geprägt und daher auch dass auftreten von meinem Vater. Halt Land leben! Da ich leider nicht von dem Einkommen der Ferienwohnung leben kann, muss ich noch weitere Beschäftigungen nach gehen. Deswegen haben sie mich auch nicht gesehen, aber sie hätten mich jederzeit telefonisch kontaktieren können und ich hätte es möglich gemacht ihre Beanstandungen persönlich entgegen zu nehmen! Große, gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit vielen Spielmöglichkeiten für die Kinder auch draußen. Recht abgelegen, was uns als Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen aber nicht gestört hat. Wenn man Ruhe möchte, bekommt man sie hier.

Unkompliziert & freundlich

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in Scheßlitz. Der Check-in und die Kommunikation haben gut funktioniert. Wir waren nur zum Schlafen und ca. 1h tagsüber da, weil wir die Unterkunft nur für die Nacht nach einer Hichzeit gebucht hatten. Gerne wieder!

Die Wohnung an sich ist ganz schön.

Vor allem der Außenbereich ist in die Jahre gekommen und nicht mehr so, wie auf den Fotos. Grundsätzlich ist es auch schön, dass es ein Angebot für Kinder gibt. Die Wohnung ist großzügig, ziemlich abgelegen. Es gibt leider keine Spülmaschine.

Ruhig gelegen, ca. 5km entfernt von Scheßlitz. Dort gibt es einige Restaurants. Ferienwohnung war groß und sauber.

Schön ruhig oben am Waldrand gelegen

Nette, moderne Ferienwohnung

Sehr schönes Bad und Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer riesig und Kinderzimmer auch groß. Matratzen sehr hart! Sehr steile Auffahrt und abschüssiger Zugang zur Treppe. Achtung Stufe nochmal zur Haustür raus! Totale Stille, sehr erholsam!

Wunderbarer Kurzurlaub

Silvesterurlaub in Familie

Wir haben uns von der ersten Minute an wohl gefühlt.Die Wohnung ist herrlich groß.Sie ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht.Man ist sehr schnell in Scheßlitz, Bamberg usw. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort Urlaub machen. Danke für den schönen Urlaub:-)
