Visiting Franconia

We were looking for somewhere to stay in easy distance of Bamberg/Coburg/Bayreuth with hiking. We were very happy that this place fitted all our requirements. The apartment was clean and well cared for with everything we required to make our stay extremely enjoyable. Our hosts were friendly and helpful. Would thoroughly recommend this apartment.

Es war alles sehr sauber, alles da, gemütlich und entspannt. Ich werde nächstes Jahr definitiv anfragen, ob wir wieder kommen können. Auch mit Hund ist diese sehr zu empfehlen

Die Wohnung ist klein, aber fein. Die Räume sind sauber, die Gastgeber sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett. Wohnung sauber und genügend Platz. Schön ist auch das wir unseren Hund mitbringen durften. Küche mit allen wichtigen ausgestattet und die Terrasse zum draußen sitzen und entspannen war . Radtouren kann man auch super machen und dieSchrepfersmühle und die Obendorfer Wirtschaft waren seeeeeehr lecker. wir kommen gerne wieder, sehr zu empfehlen.

Schöne kleine Ferienwohnung

Sehr nette Vermieterin, gute Ortsbeschreibung. Zum Übernachten ist die Ferienwohnung okay für kleinere Kinder würde ich andere Objekte vorziehen, da der Platz zum Spielen doch sehr begrenzt ist. Einen Pool haben wir nicht gesehen, ist aber egal, da genügend Badeseen vorhanden sind. Leider für Hunde gesperrt - ist aber in der Badesaison fast überall so.

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Fewo war sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet. Man kann schön draußen sitzen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und freundlich. Die Gegend hat viel schönes zu bieten. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Wohlfühl Urlaub

Wir waren zum 2. mal bei Familie Baumann zu Gast. Wie gewohnt wurden auf unsere Bedürfnisse eingegangen. Auch unsere beiden Hunde fühlten sich woht im Garten und erschnüffelten jede Ecke. Wir freuen uns jetzt schon auf den nächsten Urlaub in Franken.

Wanderung direkt ab Haus

Wir waren jetzt das 2. Mal dort und wieder hat es uns sehr gut gefallen. Es ist alles da, was gebraucht wird und wir hatten das Glück, dass die Wohnung in einer Hitzephase angenehm kühl geblieben ist. Wir kommen wieder!

Einschätzung und Beschwerde

Die Wohnung befindet sich an einer sonst recht gut befahrenen Hauptverkehrsstraße. Uns wurde nicht mitgeteilt, dass sich vor dem Haus eine Straßenbaustelle befindet. Wir wurden jeden Wochentag um 7 Uhr vom Baulärm geweckt. Waren wir im Objekt, hatten wir den Lärm bis gegen 17 Uhr. Die Vermieterin erzählte, dass sie sich nicht auf ihrer eigenen Terrasse aufhalten konnten. Zudem war hinter dem Haus der Container für die Bauarbeiter aufgestellt. Hier war ein ständiges Begängnis und die Baumaschinen wurden betankt. Weiterhin war das Wohnzimmer der Ferienwohnung so dunkel, dass wir den ganzen Tag, wenn wir im Objekt waren, Licht brennen lassen mussten. Da wir meine 92-jährige Mutter mit hatten, waren wir öfter im Objekt. Wir würden das Objekt nicht weiterempfehlen. Bei schönem Wetter und ohne Baulärm läßt es sich aushalten. Eine Familie mit Kindern kann es da sicher gut nutzen. Da wir eine andere gute Ferienwohnung in der Umgebung kennen, erscheint uns das Objekt zu teuer. Aufgrund der beschriebenen Mängel möchten wir Preisminderung anmelden. An wen müssen wir uns wenden? MfG Sabine Jentzsch
