It has an oven, microwave, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. There is a barbecue shared with the neighbors that you can use but taking into account that it is a shared space. The bright living room offers a perfect place to rest and relax, with comfortable sofas and a flat screen TV from where you can access the platforms to which you are subscribed. In addition, you can cool off and relax in the pool shared with three neighboring houses. Importantly, this tourist rental house is designed to give you a quiet and familiar atmosphere, perfect for those looking to rest and relax. Although the location on the seafront and the panoramic views will leave you breathless, it is essential to mention that respectful and considerate behavior towards neighbors and the environment is expected. It is important to note that access to the parking area is quite challenging, as the ramp is very steep. The property offerstwo outdoor parking spaces within the premises. If you do not feel comfortable parking on site, we can provide an alternative parking space in a nearby building at street level. Finally, mention that the house is not adapted for people with reduced mobility, since it has many stairs. Terms and Supplements * Check-in: From 4:00 pm.
