BEAUTIFUL 7 BEDROOM HOLIDAY VILLA "THE TWO TOWERS", HEATED PRIVATE POOL, INDOOR WHIRLPOOL, TV, WIFI, AIR-CONDITIONING ETC. LOCATED IN MONTGRI

Description of „Villa Montgri (Two Towers) in Empuriabrava:

Beautiful and completely renovated villa (Spring 2016), with modern decoration and design, reversible air-conditioning (cold/warm), heated pool with massage jets and an indoor whirlpool for 5/6 persons, wc and shower in the quiet residential area Montgri. This villa is located less than 650 meters from the beach, downtown and is close to all amenities.

On the ground floor of the villa (180sqm) there are 5 air-conditioned bedrooms, a 65sqm large air-conditioned living room with sofa and sofa bed, dining room with a fully equipped open kitchen, a large flat-screen TV (international satellite programs) and a private wifi connexion.

3 bedrooms are equipped each with a 180 cm double bed (2x 90 cm), one with a 160cm French size double bed and another with a small 140cm double bed. There are 2 bathrooms as well (one with shower, sink and toilet and the second with bath tub, sink and toilet).
The first floor in the adjoining tower is accessible from the living-room and is equipped with 2 additional master bedrooms each with a 180cm double bed (one with 2x 90cm twin beds). Both bedrooms are air conditioned and have an en-suite bathroom with toilet, sink and shower. One bedroom is equipped with a flat-screen TV.

Outside, you will find a swimming pool facing South that is heated by a 13,5kw heat pump, as well as a large covered terrace with 2 tables for 2x 8 persons, a barbecue and 6 deck chairs and cozy lounge furniture.
In 2014, electric blinds were added to the windows and glass doors of the villa's front, in order to increase your comfort and security.

Secure off-road parking for 3 vehicles on the fully fenced private property.

Somos 12 amigos viajando por villas , pero está ha sido la peor . Falta de menaje para todos ,tostadora y cafetera de juguete ,falta de mantenimiento . Algunos colchones hundidos y por almohadas ,cojines muy usados . Al yakuzi le faltaba una puerta , pudiendo entrar cualquier gato o pájaro . Se nos discrimino el idioma de la televisión , sin información ,solo podíamos ver canales franceses , alguno de tema pornografíco . Cuando conseguimos ver canal 24 en español, se nos recriminó por hacerlo . Nos preguntamos si estamos en España , porque se obliga a verlos franceses. Ahora nos quieren cobrar por el técnico que mando .Las televisiónes se veían correctamente y tenemos pruebas

Lamentamos su mala calificación, que sin duda no merecemos. Todos nuestros inquilinos están muy contentos con nuestros cómodos colchones y almohadas. Recibimos muchos comentarios positivos. El anuncio indica claramente que la casa cuenta con dos televisores inteligentes conectados a internet y un receptor de satélite, que funcionaban perfectamente a su llegada. Es cierto que muchos canales están en francés, inglés y alemán. Hay programas en español disponibles en YouTube y Netflix. Ha desprogramado completamente ambos televisores. Un técnico ha venido tres veces para arreglarlo. Uno de los receptores de satélite está roto debido a las numerosas manipulaciones que realizó al buscar canales en español. Solo le cobramos 60 € por arreglarlo. Le deseamos un buen día, pero ya no es bienvenido en una de nuestras villas.

Les photos sont conformes au logement. Hebergement vaste, bien équipé, pripre dans un quartier tranquille.Toutefois, mieux vaut dire et écrire 1km de la plage ou 15 minutes à pied. Équipement cuisine et petit electromenager à minima, notamment cafetiere et grille pain de chambre d etudiant.

Toller Urlaub mit Familie und Freunden

Die Villa ist sehr geräumig und bietet viel Platz für größere Gruppen. Der Pool und auch der Whirlpool waren ein Highlight. Der Strand ist fussläufig in ca 25-30 min zu erreichen. Lediglich in der Küche könnte das ein oder andere Utensil ausgetauscht werden. Die Pfannen waren nicht wirklich zu gebrauchen.Dennoch sind wir nicht verhungert und hatten eine tolle Zeit :-)

Lo mejor es la ubicación

La casa está perfectamente ubicada, se puede ir andando a todas las necesidades. Zona tranquila y sobre todo silenciosa por la noche, tráfico inexistente. La piscina está bien y más si la pides climatizada, el Jacuzzi está bien aunque se nota el paso del tiempo y el desgaste, pero se disfruta igualmente. La casa es grande y tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos buenos días de descanso. Gracias Dominique por el trato exquisito

Excellent séjour

Maison très agréable et fonctionnelle pour un groupe important. La piscine était à la température idéale. La literie est parfaite. Une plancha serait un plus pour cuisiner facilement à l’extérieur. Il manquait un peut de vaisselle mais notre personne contact a été très réactive. Je rajouterai un peu plus de fils pour étendre le linge et surtout les serviettes de plage.

Très belle propriété, spatieuse, dommage un porte du jacuzzi a été enlevée est ce voulu ? mais on devrait nous l'expliquer D'autre part on a simplement demandé une essoreuse à salade réponse : allez en aheter une chez les chinois, c'est pas cher. Un manque d'information pour faire fonctionner la télé. Sinon séjour bien passé, ces petits détails pourraient être utiles pour d'autres locataires. BIen cordialement

Bonjour Micheline , encore merci pour votre visite à Empuriabrava dans unes de nos villas. Désolée des petits détailles. La porte du jacuzzi à en effet été enlevée parce que apparament après avoir demandé de laisser la porte ouverte aux précédents locataires , ils ne le font pas. Nous avons pris cette décision à cause de l'humidité élevée dans la pièce et du covide. Quant a la essoreuse , il est présent dans toutes les maisons et nous vous avions déjà fourni des verres et des poêles supplémentaires. Puis nous sommes désolés que l’explication donné pour faire fonctionner la smarttélé comunne n’était pas suffisante. Comme vous l’avez constaté notre équipe est toujours disponible et prête à répondre à toutes vos questions et à vous aider. Bien cordialement, Dominique

We booked this stay in thinking all the facilities were working we was not told otherwise when booking. When we got there we got told sauna doesn’t work neither did the hot tub. This makes it very expensive for what we got so not very happy.

Très belle villa Propre et bien agencé . Seul petit bémol LE HAMMAM NE FONCTIONNE PAS depuis plus d'un ans d'après le propriétaire. ET POURTANT IL APPARAÎT TOUJOURS DANS L'ANNONCE. dessus de cette non transparence. Sinon tout le reste et parfait 👌

Heerlijke vakantie in Empuriabrava

ideaal gelegen vakantiewoning van alle gemakken voorzien. Prima ingerichte keuken, 7 nette slaapkamers ( een zonder airco), en 4 badkamers in de woning en één extra bij de jacuzzi. Heerlijk zwembad, BBQ in de tuin, overkapping waar je met gemak met 16 mensen kunt vertoeven. Wasmachine erbij. Dicht bij de zee en alle cafe' en winkeltjes: echt een aanrader!!!

Un séjour réussi et dépaysant.

La maison est spacieuse et moderne. Pouvoir se baigner au mois d'avril dans une piscine chauffée à 25 degrés, se prélasser dans un jacuzzi ou encore faire un hamman... ce sont des vacances idéales, pour toute la famille. Les 2 seuls inconvénients, pour autant minimes, sont les suivants : le linge de maison est en location occasionnant un surplus, la machine à laver 5kg est un peu petite pour 16 personnes. Tout le reste est vraiment agréable.

Das Haus war super!! Alles in einem Top Zustand. Sowohl der Pool draußen als auch der Whirlpool haben für eine sehr erholsame Zeit gesorgt. Die einzelnen Schlafzimmer waren ebenfalls toll(sehr bequeme Bette, reichlich Platz für die Anziehsachen und zudem sehr sauber!!) Man kann nichts bemängeln, denn das Haus war perfekt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Einfach eine sehr schöne Unterkunft. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Unterkunft war super, hätte nicht besser sein können

Das Haus war unterschreiblich schön und halt auch sehr geräumig. Der Pool ist super und der Whirlpool war Erholung pur. Ich kann das Haus für die Personenzahl nur empfehlen. Wir würden es immer wieder nehmen, wenn wir mit der ganzen Familie verreisen würden :-) Die Betreuung durch den Verwalter Burkhard war super und sehr freundlich. DANKE

superbe villa

Très bon séjour, en janvier cette année le temps était variable mais pas froid, nous avons pris plusieurs fois le café au soleil dehors près de la piscine. Celle ce est super avec remous et de plus chauffée, nous avons profité de la piscine tous les jours , elle était a 25 degrés. Jacuzzi très agréable . C'est la deuxième année que nous venons en janvier et on ne regrette pas. Merci aussi a Sandra pour tous les conseils.
