**Pool heating is available upon request for an additional $200 per night. Please let us know before arrival if you’d like it heated.

Load the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Quiet Hours between 10pm-7am. No loud noises that would disturb the neighbors. Any rowdy parties will get shut down by neighbors with police.
Exercise fire safety with outdoor fireplace, BBQ, and stove. Never leave fires unattended, and keep flames away from dry vegetation in yard.
Please smoke outside the house, never inside, and clean up any litter. $500 fee to scrub walls, clean carpets, and treat air if anyone smokes inside.

Awesome experience

We had a fantastic time staying at Leanne's place. We truly appreciated the fully stocked kitchen, the cozy beds, entertainment options (games, legos, pool table, pool, and hot tub), and the proximity to Joshua Tree National Park. Leanne was great at staying in touch, ensuring that we had everything we needed during our stay. Thank you for hosting us and making this a memorable trip!

Great stay!

Had a great stay with a group of 10 at this beautiful property. The location was great, home was spacious, and everything was clearly labeled and easy to find. The group enjoyed the supplies stocked in the kitchen that made cooking easy including cookware, plates, utensils, blender, etc. The pool and hot-tub were well kept, and even in the desert heat, the pool was refreshingly chilly! Overall a great property with lots of space for a large group who wants a staycation in the desert.
