The living room is open concept and perfect for relaxing with an oversized sofa, sofa chair and large TV. The kitchen has many useful amenities and a perfect sized dining table for all your meals.

Central Location and Updated

This property was perfectly located to the Convention Center, shopping, and restaurants. Everything in the home was absolutely spotless. The owners really thought of everything, fresh white sheets and towels, stocked with paper towels and toilet paper, hand soap and dish soap, even travel bottles of shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and body wash. Nice touch, I’ve been renting homes at the shore for 20 years and that was a huge plus. There is an alarm system if needed which is also a plus. The owners were kind and accommodating. The home is definitely a diamond in the rough.

Great place to stay in AC!

This property was so wonderful! We arrived late at night and we weren't 100% sure. The street was pretty dark so the area appeared a bit different than expected. That being said, it was all in our heads! The area was so wonderful, and the neighbors were very friendly! We parked on the street the whole weekend with no issues. The house was extremely clean, had everything you needed, and safe! We had four adults in the house and it was the perfect amount of space (still had a bedroom to spare). We didn't feel like we were on top of each other at all! The house is also in a wonderful location. It is only a few blocks to drive to the beach/boardwalk/casinos. It made it really easy to enjoy our trip! We also took and uber to a casino for a concert and the uber was extremely quick and had no issues picking us up. All in all, we had a wonderful vacation here at this cozy villa. We were extremely impressed by it all, and the host was so wonderful as he checked in. If you're looking for a place to stay in AC, put this home on the top of your list!

Comfortable and convenient

House is in process of being a jewel in a city neighborhood. Clean, comfortable.. plenty of street parking and a straight quick drive to the casinos. Host was very quick to respond to inquiries. Hot shower !!! ++.
