My 250 m2 house is ideal for reunions with family or friends in a soothing and rejuvenating setting. - 1 large terrace sheltered and secured by a glass railing overlooking a magnificent view.
- 1 bedroom on the mezzanine with secure terrace, shower room and toilet. + 1 double bed.
- 3 bedrooms with a bathroom (bath and shower) and a toilet on the 1st floor.
- 1 bedroom on the ground floor. In total, 12 beds and 5 bedrooms.
For more than 10 people, an additional 25 euros is required. My house has underfloor heating and a pellet stove as well as a fireplace. Wood and pellets provided.
The kitchen is fully equipped
and offers multiple household appliances: Air Fryer, Cookeo, kettle, Nespresso coffee maker.I added an espresso machine grinder Delonghi rivelia with grains.
Behind the house, a large field and wood to make your dogs run around. This field in shelves whose surface area is more than 2000 square metres each is ideal for children's games but also for pets, petanque..
