Additional amenities include a large outdoor amenity deck with huge hot tubs, gas grills, outdoor seating & fire pits, plus ski storage, underground parking ($24/day in the winter, free in the summer), private washer & dryer, keyless entry, remote check-in and more!

Sleeping Arrangements: Primary King Suite, Queen + Twin/Twin bunk room, plus a Queen EZ-bed. Sleeps up to eight guests.

We stayed here for a quick getaway- nicely upgraded unit in a great complex. We chose this unit specifically to be close to the ski/ base area, and couldn't have been happier. Love that that this company offers upgraded bedding with duvet covers that are laundered after every stay. We will be returning!

Love it here! If you’re looking to stay in winter park this is the place! The kitchen was well stocked with cleaning supplies, trash bags, and includes 2 loads of washing powder. Plenty of towels and bathrooms spacious. The washer and dryer in condo was a big plus for us. Great location within the resort! Easy walk to alpine slide and other amenities. Loved that this building is just outside the busiest part of the resort very quiet and relaxing. Close to the community hot tub and fire pits! I really appreciate that Winter Park Lodging offers discounts for parking in the parking garage as well!Would definitely stay here again! 10/10 recommend.

This condo is clean and in a great location! Our only complaint is the mattresses and bed pillows are terrible. If those were replaced this would go from 2 to 5 stars.

Great Experience Ski In/Out

We had a great stay at Founders Point. There were plenty of linens and we even used the pop up bed. It stays very warm in the condo so we slept with windows cracked to cool it down at night. The location and view were great. The lockers and wagons were very useful for ski equipment. Be sure to park in the right area of the parking garage because it services a few different buildings.

Wonderful Location

We love staying at this location in Founders Pointe. The parking is so easy and a quick walk to the slopes. The condo has all of the amenities (shampoo, lotion, tea, coffee, laundry detergent, hot tub towels) you need and nicely upgraded decor and the beds are comfortable. Luggage carts are provided to easily bring all of your belongings up. If you hear the snowplow in the morning you know it's time to get up and hit the slopes. We will be back!

Good stay for NYE

The location of the property was amazing and away from a busy street. The living room sofa was extremely uncomfortable, as well as the places to sit and hang out. I would recommend this place if you plan to spend little time in the unit and only use it as a place to sleep/shower. If you plan on doing any cooking, or hanging out in the living room I would stay elsewhere as the floors and kitchen weren't as tidy as the bedrooms/bathroom. Bedrooms were adequately furnished and very clean.

Excellent property and great communication with property manager

My family of 5 stayed at this property for a ski vacation at the beginning of January. The location was absolutely perfect being only a 3 minute walk to the gondola and across the street from the village. We purchased the underground parking pass and I highly recommend you do this otherwise you will be parking your vehicle a fair distance from the property. The unit was clean and easily slept our family of 5 which is 3 adults and 2 teenagers. Great views from the balcony also. We have stayed at Breck, Keystone, Vail, Beaver Creek & Copper in Colorado and this unit would be toward the top of our list when taking into consideration everything. Definintely a great value, excellent location and clean unit.

Great family trip!

The condo we stayed was great! We made some great memories! We had stayed in Founders resort a couple years ago and that condo was great as well but it was on the other side of the condo from the elevators, but condo 4541 was perfectly located right next to the elevator! The only downside was everything closes so early at the resort, the stores are closed by 5pm and the restaurants close around 7pm. Which has nothing to do with the condo, but it is a good heads up for future stays. The hot tub is fabulous! We used the grills to cook dinner several times. We went on several day trips around the towns close to Winter Park. Our favorite trip was to Steamboat Springs, we rented tubes from Backdoors sports. It was so much fun!
