About this property

2 Bedroom condo on the river, walk to town, free ski bus!

You will enjoy a memorable vacation in my fully furnished 2 bedroom/1 bath condo. This 710 ft Condo is on the 2nd floor, right next to the river, so you can enjoy the peaceful sounds of the river from the balcony and the condo. It's very clean. There is a King-sized bed in one room, a queen-sized bed in one room, and a twin foldable mattress for the floor if needed, comfortable for sleeping 4-5 people. There are ceiling fans in both bedrooms. There is an extra sink in the 2nd bedroom. The kitchen is perfect for dining as it is equipped with everything you need for cooking! It has been renovated w/ granite countertops, refinished cabinets, flooring, lighting, blinds, and bathroom tile, as well as a new couch/rocking chair. Free/fast wifi, TV/DVD. It is within walking distance to everything in town - restaurants, pubs, shops, and coffee shops.

Spend the day enjoying the nice, relaxing river walk or a single track trail system for mountain biking/hiking/snowshoeing/cross country skiing, just minutes from the condo. There is a free shuttle right out the door that will take you to the ski resort (15min), or you can drive there in 7 minutes. You can fish in the river that runs through the condo complex. There is also a lake 35 minutes away (Grandby Lake) for sailing, paddleboarding, fishing, etc. Rocky Mountain National Park is an easy drive.

There is a newly remodeled rec center on site (3-4min walk) with pool table, big screen TV, indoor pool, indoor & outdoor hot tubs, volleyball, BBQ area, and workout room.

It was very clean and comfortable. The check in was very easy. The is a grocery store about a minute walk away. The ski bus picks up right in front of the building.

Oh shoot - there are chairs for the deck! The HOA doesn't allow us to keep them out there at all times, so they are in that front closet. The instructions do mention it, but I know there's a list of instructions, so possibly easy to miss.

Awesome location

This condo is in a great location. You can easily walk to town and the ski bus is located right outside the condo. We were there for a wedding at the Headwaters Center and it’s super close to that as well.

I live in Denver, CO. I bought this condo so that I could enjoy it part of the time and rent it out part of the time to help pay for itself.
I remodeled the condo after some feedback on here that it was outdated and got a new couch and recliner as of 8/1/25.

Why they chose this property

This property is right on the river, so it's very relaxing. It is conveniently located w/in walking distance to town incl. restaurants/bars, and has a free shuttle bus to the ski resort. There are many miles of singletrack trails right out the door for hiking, biking, cross-country skiing, and snowshoeing. You can fish in the river that runs through the property.
