"Santa Agata" is a former farmhouse in natural stone which we lovingly and faithfully restored over the years.
It is embedded in the marvelous hilly Tuscan countryside. It offers a great view of the old village of Castagneto Carducci, the ancient castle of Segelari and the nearby coast.

From "Santa Agata" you can enjoy a beautiful sunset and you can walk in 20 minutes to the romantic hilltop village Castagneto Carducci with its cozy street cafes and trattorias.

Check out the various restaurants with culinary delights. Bolgheri with its famous wines is just about 10 kilometers away. The beautiful sandy beach with the small seaside town of Marina di Castagneto Carducci is within easy reach (8-15 minutes by car or 6-10 km). Here you will encounter several kilometers of sandy beaches, dunes and pine forests. For larger purchases go to Donoratico with its several supermarkets.

We rent cozy apartments from 1-5 rooms. Each apartment has a separate entrance and a private terrace. A barbecue and ample garden furniture are available.

There is a special atmosphere at "Santa Agata" and many of our guests return regularly. So many good relationships have emerged in recent years and decades. Several courses have been conducted in our country house and the holidays on "Santa Agata" are always a special event.

Traumhafter Aufenthalt in wunderschöner Umgebung mit bezaubernder Aussicht

Der Aufenthalt war in allem sehr schön und total entschleunigend; zum einen durch die ruhige Lage, zum anderen durch das italienische Leben überhaupt ;) Von den anderen Gästen merkt man fast gar nichts, aber man könnte ins Gespräch kommen, wenn man es möchte. Die Kommunikation mit Sandra war problemlos und sehr gut. Mit Silwa war es etwas schwieriger, da sie nur italienisch spricht. Aber mit Händen und Füßen ging es ganz gut. Die Kommunikation mit Sandra war super

Que du bonheur !

Sta Agata dispose de tout le confort et le cadre est splendide. Nous avons passé 15 jours formidables. Nous nous sommes bien reposés et grâce à son emplacement découvert de jolis endroits: les villages- Castagneto Carducci, Compiglia Marittima, Sassetta, Bolgheri, Populonia.... Mais aussi les parcs archéologiques de Barrati et San Silvestro. Et les villes de Lucques, Pise et Sienne.

Wir haben drei schöne Urlaubswochen hier verbracht. Die Lage der Anlage ist traumhaft, das Meer direkt erreichbar und im Rücken die Berge - ideal zum Radeln. Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig, sauber und toll ausgestattet. Die Informationen und Tipps der Vermieterin im Vorfeld sind sehr hilfreich und der Kontakt war sehr nett und professionell.

Santa Agata: Erholung und die Vielfalt der Toskana erleben

Sehr gepflegter Landsitz, großzügige und saubere Räumlichkeiten, stilvoll möbiliert mit viel Toskanaflair. Wunderschöne Umgebung und vielfältige Natur mit ursprünglichem Charakter. Tolle Kombination aus Abgeschiedenheit und quirligem Küstenbereich. Reizvolle Ortschaft mit guter Gastronomie und Einkaufsmöglichkeit in der Nähe. Obwohl wir später als angemeldet eintrafen, klappte die Wohnungsübergabe reibungslos. Alles ist sehr gut organisiert. Wir hatten großartige Urlaubstage und kommen gerne wieder.

Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche an diesem schönen Ort in der Wohnung Pergola verbracht und sind sehr begeistert. Sowohl das Anwesen, die Lage der Ferienwohnung, als auch die Einrichtung und die Ausstattung sind absolut empfehlenswert. Besonders zu erwähnen ist auch der gepflegte Garten und die traumhafte Sicht aufs Meer und auf das alte Städchen Castagneto Carducci. Wir kommen sicher wieder!

tolles Haus in super Lage

Wir haben uns in der Erdgeschosswohnung Pergola sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet und die Schlafzimmer und das Bad sehr sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Super ist die überdachte Terrasse, der Grill mit extra Essplatz und die Aussendusche. Wir kommen sicher irgendwann wieder.

Schöne Lage, tolle Sicht vom Garten aus Richtung Meer

Preis-/Leistung der Whg. in der Hauptsaison u.E. zu teuer. Wenn alle Whg. belegt sind, kann die Lärmimmission manchmal etwas störend sein. Leider hatte es bellende Hunde in einem Zwinger in unmittelbarer Nähe die um 05.00 Uhr und am Abend sehr laut waren.

Endroit idéal pour des vacances reposantes en famille

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la villa Santa Agata. L'appartement était très confortable et très bien adapté pour nous (une famille avec deux jeunes enfants ) et nous avons beaucoup apprécié le jardin et la magnifique vue sur les collines et la mer. L'accueil a été très agréable et nous recommandons vivement ce séjour.
