Two-room apartment of 40 sqm on the second floor with a sea-facing dining terrace, sleeps 4, equipped with all the necessary amenities to spend a wonderful beach holiday (air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, heating).
The apartment, being equipped with an independent heating system, is also ideal for spending holidays by the sea even in the coldest periods and enjoying the beauty of our area 12 months a year.
The apartment was renovated in 2017, it follows that the heating system and most of the furnishings are new.

Living room with double sofa bed, flat screen TV with digital terrestrial, dining table.

The kitchen is equipped with the following services: stove, fridge, microwave, oven, dishwasher.

The room offers a French double bed with box (useful for storing suitcases and clothing), bedside tables with LED lights and a large wardrobe given the size of the property.

Bathroom with shower tray, toilet, bidet and sink.

The 8 square meter terrace houses an outdoor table to enjoy meals directly overlooking the sea, washing machine and sink for any need.

The property has a private access to the front beach, ideal for those with children.

Beautiful sea view above all.

The flat is in a great location. Bakery, pizzeria, restaurant, shop, pharmacy, bar. everywhere is closer than the sea you see from the balcony. The apartment is on the top floor, which makes the view from the balcony amazing on the beaches and the sea. The apartment also has direct access to the private beach. In high season it's really a luxury. I recommend it for a family with children. You can go to the apartment straight from the beach to the toilet, drink or eat. In the break from the sun you can go to dinner to the amazing Bolgheri or Castagneto Carducci for dinner, wine or ice cream. The road takes 18 minutes. The owner - is a very nice and helpful person. I highly recommend

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno incantevole in questo appartamento con vista mare, a pochi passi dalla spiaggia e dal lungomare, perfetto per chi ama la brezza marina e le passeggiate serali. La posizione è davvero comoda: a due passi c’è una gelateria deliziosa dove gustare un gelato dopo una giornata al sole, e la pineta vicina regala frescura e tranquillità.L’appartamento è al secondo piano, accessibile tramite scale, e si presenta pulito e fresco, con tutto il necessario per una vacanza funzionale e senza pensieri. L’ambiente è semplice ma curato, proprio come piace a chi cerca comfort senza fronzoli.L’host è stato gentilissimo e disponibile, sempre pronto a dare consigli e rendere il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole.Consiglio vivamente questo rifugio marino a chi desidera una pausa rilassante in un angolo di Toscana autentico, tra il profumo di pini e il suono delle onde.

Die Wohnung ist für 2 bis 3 Personen inseriert... Aber dafür definitiv zu klein. Im Badezimmer gibt es kaum Ablageflächen... am Waschbecken gibt es KEINE Handtuchhalter. Die einzige Möglichkeit Handtücher aufzuhängen besteht am Handtuch-Heizkörper. Das ist fpr 2 Personen schon wenig Platz, aber für 4....?Die Stühle sind leider alle unbequem (drinnen und draußen).Das Bett ist leider total durchgelegen... wir hatten beide Rückenschmerzen von dieser Matratze. Vielleicht sollte sie mal ausgetauscht werden. Es gibt 1 Kleiderschrank im Schlafzimmer. Für 4 Personen definitiv zu wenig.Die Küche ist sehr klein. Sodass das Geschirr wie Teller/Schüsseln und Gläser im Wohnzimmer verstaut sind. Es gibt KEINEN Korkenzieher zum öffnen von Weinflaschen...was echt traurig ist. Immerhin gibt es ein funktionierende Spülmaschine. Auch wenn wir nur 1 Programm laufen lassen konnten... die anderen Programme wurde immer wieder rausgeschmissen. ABERDer Ausblick entschädigt für so einige Mängel... es ist fantastisch mit diesem Blick zu frühstücken oder einfach nur die Zeit zu genießen. WLAN ist nicht vorhanden. Desweiteren gibt es nur italienisches TV.
Kühlschrank. Eher klein und nicht geeignet für große Wasserflaschen....
Mikrowelle. Wir haben sie nicht genutzt, sie erschien uns doch sehr alt.
Das ist das Schlafsofa.... total duchgesessen/durchgelegen. Absolut unbequem
Das Schlafzimmerfenster geht direkt in den Hausflur. So das man die Tür der Nachbarn sieht, alles hört und man kann reinschauen....

Tolle Ferienwohnung

Super Ausblick auf Strand und Meer. Zentrale Lage, sauber und gut ausgestattete Küche. Bettbreite mit 140 cm für 2 Leute eher knapp. Alessandro war immer erreichbar und ist ein zuverlässiger Vermieter. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

Schöne Ferienwohnung, prima gelegen

Wir haben eine schöne, saubere Ferienwohnung vorgefunden, die besser kaum liegen könnte: Blick auf‘s Meer vom Balkon, sehr kurzer Weg zum Strand, Bäcker und sehr gute Gastronomie in der Nachbarschaft. Und der Vermieter, Alessandro, ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

L'appartamento è ottimo, pulito, attrezzato e arredato come da descrizione. La posizione è meravigliosa, con vista sul mare e, all'orizzonte, si intravedono le isole d'Elba, Capraia e Gorgona, se limpido, anche la Corsica. Si possono ammirare dei fantastici tramonti. Tolles Appartment direkt am Strand

Wir haben eine Woche Ende Mai in diesem Appartment verbracht und sind rundum zufrieden gewesen. Das Haus liegt direkt am Strand und vom Balkon hat man eine wunderschöne Aussicht aufs Meer. Toll war auch der direkte Zugang zum öffentlichen Strand, der durch die versteckte Lage fast wie ein kleiner Privatstrand war. Ausstattungsmäßig hat uns nichts gefehlt, sogar Spül- und Waschmaschine sind vorhanden und ausreichend Besteck und Geschirr. Unser Gastgeber Alessandro war super freundlich und hat bei Fragen immer schnell geantwortet. Wir waren in der absoluten Nebensaison dort, daher war es schön ruhig und entspannt. Wie es zur Hochsaison ist kann ich daher leider nicht beurteilen. Ein kleiner Nachteil ist, dass es keinen eigenen Parkplatz gibt, was aber zur Nebensaison kein Problem war, da genügend Parkplätze auf der Straße vorhanden waren. Ich kann mir gut vorstellen, dass es zur Hauptsaison schwieriger wird. Unsere Fahrräder konnten wir im Vorgarten des Hauses abstellen, was sehr praktisch war. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Schöne Wohnung direkt am Strand

Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht! Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Mirkowelle, Kühl/Gefrierschrank, Klimaanlage, etc... Einzig das Bett war etwas zu weich. Zum sehr sauberen öffentlichen Strand braucht man 30 Sekunden. In unmittelbarer Nähe sind zahlreiche gute Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Lage ist also unschlagbar! Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hat uns viele Tips bezüglich Restaurants und der Freizeitgestaltung gegeben. Die Kommunikation über WhatsApp lief gut und unkompliziert. Für einen Strandurlaub in einem kleinen Örtchen ist die Wohnung absolut zu empfehlen!

This was our second great vacation here

schönes Appartement direkt am Meer

Sehr schön eingerichtetes modernes Appartement mit großem Balkon direkt am Strand. Ein leicht versteckter, aber direkter Strandzugang ist vorhanden. Der Strand ist gepflegt. Das Appartement ist mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. In der Küche lässt es sich gut kochen, da hier Geschirr, Töpfen, Pfannen etc ausreichend vorhanden sind. Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine erleichtern die Arbeit. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Bei Fragen ist er sehr gut erreichbar und antwortet sehr schnell.

Piccolo e grazioso appartamento, ottima posizione

Ho soggiornato per due settimane in questo graziosissimo appartamento. E' piccolo ma molto ben organizzato e ben fornito di ogni attrezzatura possa servire (pentolate, stoviglie, etc). Per come è strutturato, mantenendo aperte la portafinestra della terrazza e la finestra della camera, è ottimamente ventilato e anche nei giorni più caldi non è stato necessario accendere il condizionatore. La terrazza è vivibilissima ed è stato un piacere fare colazione e cenare godendo della vista e del rumore del mare ogni giorno. Il fatto che si trovi al secondo piano permette, infatti, di vedere un pezzo della spiaggia sottostante e il mare senza che altro disturbi la vista. La spiaggia praticamente inizia appena fuori dalla casa in cui si trova l'appartamento. Alessandro, il proprietario, è stato molto gentile e disponibile fin dai primi contatti. Lo consiglio vivamente e sicuramente diventerà un punto di riferimento.

Appartamento piccolo ma funzionalissimo,dotazione della casa completa e ricca,proprietario perfetto

Ho soggiornato nell'appartamento con mio marito per 15 giorni.La località è molto bella, clima ottimo.L'appartamento è praticamente sulla spiaggia e il fatto che sia al 2°piano lo rende ben arieggiato.Nessun insetto ad "allietare" il soggiorno e le 4 rampe di scale non disturbano. L'appartamento è dotato di tutti i confort e le stoviglie e il pentolame sono nuovi e ben assortiti. Alessandro è un padrone di casa ospitale e disponibilissimo.Nelle immediate vicinanze ci sono negozio di alimentari, forno, ristoranti,bar,edicola e Bancomat. Che altro dire? Ci torneremo volentieri!
