For shared use: property (fenced), public parking on the road. Supermarket, bus stop 500 m, railway station "Labouheyre" 30 km, park "Landes Aventure" 6 km, indoor swimming pool 6 km, bathing lake "Aureilhan" 10 km. Golf course (9 hole) 6 km, surf school 700 m, riding stable 7 km. Nearby attractions: Aqualand Bassin Arcachon 70 km, Biscarrosse 40 km, Casino Mimizan- Plage 1 km, Centre Nautique 7 km. Hiking paths: Parc naturel régional des Landes 45 km, les logements sont anciens et rustiques.
3-room terraced house 50 m2 on 2 levels. Simple furnishings: living/dining room with TV and international TV channels (flat screen). Exit to the terrace. Kitchenette (1 hot plate, mini-oven, oven, 4 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (filtre) extra). Shower, sep. WC. Heating not available in all rooms. Upper floor: 1 room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 bed (90 cm, length 190 cm), 1 french bed (1 x 140 cm, length 190 cm). Terrace. Terrace furniture, deck chairs (1). Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm.

Super vacances, tout à disponibilité autour près de la plage près de le Centre de la plage. Par contre il serait bien que dans le descriptif de l’annonce soit barrée lave-linge et lave-vaisselle pour qu’on comprenne bien qu’il n’y a pas ces effets
