Trotzdem gut

Wir waren das erste Mal in dieser Unterkunft, da es unsere bisherige Wohnung nicht mehr zu mieten gibt. Um es einfach zu sagen. Die Wohnung hat definitiv ein paar Mängel. Die aber eher optisch und nicht funktional anzusehen sind. Schwierig ist auch der extrem wenige Stauraum im unteren Bereich und in der Küche zu sehen. Ansonsten musste ein wenig nachgearbeitet werden in punkto Sauberkeit haben wir aber wie immer einfach selber erledigt. Die Lage, Terrasse , parken usw haben wir sehr genossen.

Jolie petite maison

Petite maison très agréable avec une vue magnifique sur le courant. Le seul reproche que je ferais, c’est l’ouverture vers le jardin à côté de la porte d’entrée qui gagnerait à être fermée complètement afin qu’enfants ou animal puisse sortir.

Abgewohnt - zur Zeit viel zu laut !!!

Das Haus war in gewohntem Zustand (buchen jedes Jahr das Haus).. Leider hat sich nicht viel getan.. Eine Renovierung wäre angebracht - mittlerweile ist es ziemlich abgewohnt und für den teuren Preis sollte man schon etwas mehr verlangen können.. Zur Zeit werden gegenüber vom Haus die Riesensteine der Courant verlegt. Morgens um 7 fängt der Bagger damit an. .Da er dauernt rückfwärts fahren muß piept es unaufhörlich . und man denkt der Wecker klingeln.. links vorm Haus gibts noch ne Baustelle

Nichts viel getan seit dem letzten Jahr..

Nach der Bewertung im letzten Jahr wurden 2 Stühle aus dem zu voll gestellten Haus entfernt.. Die Schränk sind leider immer noch mit 3 Fach Service und Gläser ausgestattet.. Alles Flohmarktgerümpel und kann mal entsorgt werden. Eine Garnitur von allem reicht und man hat Platz in den Schränken für die Einkäufe. Die Matraze im Doppelbett ist neu. Die Couch ist siffig durchgesessen und abgewohnt wie auch all die anderen Möbelstücke.. Die alten Mitarbeiter von Interhome gibt es nicht mehr .. Schade

Unterkunft mit allem Grundkomfort

Wir waren bereits zum 2. Mal in dieser Unterkunft und haben sie aktuell ein 3. Mal wieder gebucht. Ich denke das sagt vieles. Dennoch war die Unterkunft in diesem Jahr beim Einzug relativ dreckig und die WC´s ungeputzt. Wir haben uns nicht beschwert, sondern haben einfach selbst sauber gemacht und desinfiziert. Da das WLAN kostenlos ist, gibt es z.T. WLAN-Schmarotzer, die in der Hofeinfahrt stehen und den Code noch vom letzten Jahr abgespeichert haben. Tipp: Bitte jährlich den WLAN-Code ändern.

bien située, mais...

La location est idéalement située sur le courant de Mimizan Plage, juste séparée par un petit chemin de balade pas très fréquenté. Un havre de paix, sauf que nous avions eu la malchance de tomber sur des voisins fêtards, qui ne respectaient pas la tranquillité des autres vacanciers. Les deux terrasses sont séparées par un simple panneau en bois, et on entend tout ce qui se passe à côté. L'équipement est bien, mais le BBQ est une blague, (trop petit pour 2 !) et le parasol était cassé.

La location était très bien et l’agence aussi, il lui manque une étoile parce que la procédure pour rendre les clefs (coffre-fort) n’a pas marché

Mimizan Plage - Frankreich

Die Unterkunft wird von Jahr zu Jahr abgewohnter und man hat so den Eindruck das nichts oder kaum etwas gemacht wird um das abzustellen.. Nach wie vor ist das Häuschen gerade im unteren Bereich zu voll gestellt.. (Wurde letztes Jahr schon mitgeteilt.)
