Spacious, bright and fully equipped studio apartment, with a separate bedroom and a double bed on a gallery, which is exposed above the living area and can be reached with a fixed ladder (unsuitable for children under 7 years). There is also a pull-out sofa bed in the living room (for a maximum of 6 persons). South-east location, south-facing balcony. To this apartment No. 5 we would like to mention: It is located on the street - probably a little busy side street. There is in the immediate vicinity a supermarket, which is very positively accepted by our guests, as well as a separate bakery is available, there are deliveries during the day.

Our HOUSE LORENZ is located about 300 meters from Lake Constance, the town center has been reached quickly on foot. Shops, mooring facilities, catering and leisure facilities to be reached in the immediate vicinity. Experience a wide variety of delicious and relaxing holiday. All apartments have balconies, large windows and are therefore very bright and friendly. When setting we have taken extra mile in order to create an attractive ambience for a relaxing holiday. In all the apartments are fitted kitchen, available with dishwasher, stove and microwave / grill. We offer free Wi-Fi. Car and bicycle parking spaces (in the garage) are available. Bicycle rental is also to be found in the immediate vicinity! Inside the building, we ask you to refrain from smoking in order to preserve the quality of housing upright for All!
