Incredible view of the lake and alps

We call our place 'Sailor's Nook' in honor of the town of Immenstaad and my uncle who loved sailing on the Bodensee. From the living/dining room as well as the balcony, you will enjoy spectacular views of the lake and the Swiss and Austrian Alps just beyond. The apartment is centrally located to enjoy all the area have to offer. Minutes away you can from go for a stroll along the lake, eat in the local restaurants, bike through the vineyards or take the ferry boat to Meersburg and beyond.

Wirklich wunderschöne Aussicht auf den See und die Alpen. Liegt prima, man ist gleich am See oder kann direkt mit den Fahrrädern Richtung Meersburg oder Friedrichshafen fahren. Trotzdem ist es ruhig und bei schönem Wetter kann man draußen frühstücken. Die Wohnung ist top ausgestattet und liebevoll maritim eingerichtet. Waren schon das zweite Mal da und waren wieder begeistert. Super netter Kontakt mit der Vermieterin. War bestimmt nicht das letzte mal, dass wir hier Urlaub gemacht haben.

Sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für viele Ausflüge. Auch der öffentliche Nahverkehr ist hervorragend. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und die vorhandene Garage super, da auch die Fahrräder noch Platz gefunden haben. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall noch einmal wieder.

Für zwei Petsonen ist das eine ideale Wohnung mit allem, was man braucht und mehr.Wer hat schon jemals ein elektrisch verstellbares Sofa in einer Ferienwohnung gehabt? Oder eine Garage, in die auch neben dem Pkw auch die Fahrräder passen? Dazu noch eine super Aussicht auf den See vom überdachten Balkon. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche, danke.

Herrliche Urlaubstage in einer tollen Wohnung

Eine saubere, sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung, eine fantastische Aussicht auf den Bodensee und die Alpen, dazu eine Woche lang Traumwetter, besser geht es nicht! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und gut erholt. Dieses Angebot können wir ohne Einschränkungen weiter empfehlen!

Wir hatten einen traumhaften Ausblick auf den Bodensee.Die Wohnung war sehr schön eingerichtet.Es war in der Küche alles vorhanden an Küchenutensilien benötigt,man kann auch mal vergessen,es ist da. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll Eingerichtet und dekoriert.Wir waren schon in vielen Ferienwohnungen die waren funktionell ,diese Wohnung hatte persönlichen Charm.Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt.Vielen Dank dafür.👍👍👍👍

Schöne Wohnung mit Blick auf den Bodensee

Immenstaad in der Nähe von Meersburg gelegen ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge mit dem Schiff nach Konstanz. Die B31 entlang der Seeseite ist häufig stark befahren und es billden sich lange Staus. Mit einem Elektrofahrrad kann man am besten schöne Ausflüge entlang des Sees unternehmen.

Hallo, Wohnung wie beschrieben und noch besser. Alles vorhanden, auch wenn man etwas vergessen hat. Anfahrt und Check in bestens. Der Blick auf den Bodensee am Morgen mit Kaffee ein Genuss. Das Wetter hatten wir nicht gebucht, war aber optimal Also alles super und vorbildlich.

Hervorragende Ferienwohnung

Top Einrichtung, prima Ausgangslage zum Fahrradfahren oder an den See zu laufen, herrliche Aussicht vom Balkon, super Kaffeemaschine. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Einziger Wermutstropfen ist der Lärm der Hauptstraße. Ansonsten sehr zu empfehlen.

In my spare time I love being creative by doing pottery, making jewellery, knitting, weaving, painting and attempting to do any other craft that inspires me. I am married to a veterinarian who aspires one day to become a world famous writer...lol. We are now empty nesters as our kids are all grown up. Our son is a veterinarian and practices alongside his father in our family clinic. Our eldest daughter practices law in Vancouver and our youngest daughter is working on her PHd in geology as she loves studying ROCKS and how we evolved. We own three vacation properties that are very special to us. We have decorated them with things we have either found or built ourselves. As owners, we strive to make your stay as enjoyable as possible by offering you all the comforts of home. Nothing pleases us more than feedback from our guests who enjoy our places as much as we do. We know the areas and are here to help make recommendations on the best spots to visit, dine or types of activities to participate in.

Property is located within walking distance to the main part of Town and the pier. Apartment comes with a garage and due to it's location on th top floor, it offers privacy within the apartment as well as offers beautiful views of the lake and Alps in a tastefully decorated nautical sailor's theme. The apartment has been set up for those who like to cook as it's fully equipped to enjoy eating in or sitting outside on the patio.
