The home is very nice but be aware that the statement "Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees" is not true. If you need towels for the shower or pool, those are not included and you will need to pay extra. If you use too much electricity, that is not included and you will need to pay extra. If you don't pay the cleaning fee AND clean the entire place you will need to pay extra. Odile is very nice and sends a comprehensive rule book before your arrival but after your non-refundable period starts so there is no backing out once you find out about the extra charges and the comprehensive house manual. It is understandable that Odile wants her house to stay very nice but it was strange and awkward to be walked through every room with her before and after the stay to ensure that everything was in place and treated like a criminal that would have stolen her pillow cases but for her checking. As previously noted, the house and pool are very nice and comfortable for a large group. But be prepared to bring your own towels and be treated like a child who doesn't know how to take care of nice things or a criminal with ill-intent.I believe that Odile is new to VRBO rentals. I hope that Odile can eventually get comfortable with having strangers use her home and have some trust in her guests because her home is lovely and she does seem to be a nice person.
