We would be delighted to welcome you to our family home, a superb stone Gironde of 350m2, located in a peaceful hamlet just 15 minutes from Saint-Émilion, which offers you all the comfort for an unforgettable stay with family, friends or for a professional seminar.

With a capacity of 10 people, this house that we have renovated combines the charm of the old and modernity with its 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Its large living room of 70 m² with fireplace, its fully equipped kitchen and its playroom with everything needed for children are ideal for sharing convivial moments.

🌿 An outdoor space conducive to relaxation
Enjoy a huge garden of 6000 m², a private and secure swimming pool (4x10m), a large terrace for your outdoor meals, as well as a play area for children (slide, swing, cabin...). The idyllic setting of the surrounding vineyards invites you to relax and discover the terroir.

💻 A place suitable for business trips
For teleworkers or seminars, the house has an ultra-fast Starlink fibre connection, allowing you to work serenely while enjoying an inspiring setting.

Important: the house is located in a quiet place, with two neighbouring houses, it is not suitable for hosting parties or events.

For your comfort we provide sheets and towels.
We have baby equipment that we provide: 2 high chairs, 3 travel cots, 2 changing tables, 1 bathtub.
