Welcome to Casa Lago, a rustic style mountain home located across from the lake and a short drive to the Village.
Entering the home you will find the first bedroom or den/game room with a pool table, mini fridge and a three quarter bath.
Head upstairs to the open concept living area. The family room offers a large sectional sofa and a wood burning fireplace. There is a flatscreen TV and front patio access where you can enjoy peek-a-boo lake views.
The dining room table has ample seating with an additonal four seats at the breakfast bar. The kitchen has all the amenities you will need to make a great meal. There is a fridge/freezer, countertop gas range, wall oven, microwave, and a stackable washer and dryer. A standard coffee maker is provided.
Just off of the family room area is a full bath in the hallway, to the left is the second bedroom offering a queen bed and patio access. At the end of the hall is the third bedroom with a twin over full Bunk and a queen bed.
The premises are equipped with exterior security cameras. Cameras are not monitored for guest safety in any way and should not be relied on by guests for personal security or security of their belongings. Cameras may be used to enforce and verify compliance with rental policies. Any damage caused to cameras by guest may result in a partial or complete loss of security deposit funds.

Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.
No parking in street or yard
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.
No amplified music 24/7
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.
Head inside at 10:00 p.m.
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.
FOR PET FRIENDLY HOMES ONLY, Take your furry friend with you
Take your dog with you so they do not disturb surrounding neighbors. You will find that Big Bear Lake is very dog-friendly! Please be sure to verify prior to booking that the property does accept pets.
Take trash to dumpster locations
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations:

Fines
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.

Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In addition, costly
