Centrally Located 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath, two-story home with a very large fenced yard and level parking. Location, Location, Location…. less than 1 mile to downtown shopping, local markets, Snow Summit Ski Resort, Meadow Park, Big Bear Marina and the Lake!

Entry level offers a large, fully-equipped Kitchen with dishwasher and a bar-top counter with bar stool seating that overlooks the Dining Room. Dining Room has a dining table to seat 8 guests. Attached Living Room has a large screen TV/DVD/VCR, Wood-Burning Rock Fireplace, Stereo w/CD player and sofa sleeper. There is one bedroom on the entry level with a Queen Bed and a full bathroom with a bathtub.

The Upper level offers Two Bedrooms, 2nd Bedroom has a Queen Bed with a balcony, 3rd Bedroom has 1 twin bed, a bunk bed with a twin over double, and a twin fold-out bed and a spacious Bathroom w/Shower.

This roomy, rustic, two story Cabin offers 1800 Sq. Ft., on a corner lot with a huge fenced yard, pet friendly, level parking for 3 cars, located blocks from Snow Summit and less than a mile to Bear Mountain Ski Resort. Accommodates 9 guests.

Fresh Linens and towels provided for your stay. The home will be professionally cleaned before your arrival.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
NEVER TURN HEAT OFF. This will cause the pipes to freeze and burst. If the pipes burst because the heat was turned off, you will be responsible for all repairs and damages, that can be very expensive.
Remove all trash from the property before you depart (see map to public trash sites on the refrigerator).
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Do not exceed allowed occupancy: Maximum guests allowed is 9. Maximum cars allowed is 3 cars. Obey Curfew 10:00 pm - 7:00 am no noise. Per Ordinance.
Remove all trash, take to "Clean Bear Trash Sites" before departing. Never leave pets unattended inside or outside home. No Parties/No Smoking.
Cars parked on street will be towed by Code Enforcement at vehicle owners expense. Violation of any rules stated will result in $500 - $1500 fine each

The house was perfect. It felt slightly outdated, but it fit the mountain style well. The yard was spacious. My dogs loved running around. The fenced yard was a huge plus. The location was excellent. The house felt very cozy. We will definitely stay here again.
