Estudio con balcon , sus vistas son unicas e increibles frente al mar y a la piscina del complejo, equipado para 4 personas, con dos camas queen, cocina, heladera ,freezer, ollas y plancha. Muy cerca del Aventura Mall. La ciudad que la familia Messi eligio cuando llego a Miami. A pasos de los centros comerciales. Veras los amaneceres mas lindos en la playa desde tu balcon. Este estudio no es hotel por lo tanto lo que recibe de insumos son cortesia.No se reponen. Y no posee limpieza diaria .

El resort fee $220 la estadia , la limpieza $170 y el valet parking no estan incluidos en el precio por noche.

Perfect stay.

We spent two weeks here and enjoyed the unit, the view and the beach. Andrea and her family couldn’t have been nicer. Would definitely stay again.

Pero es un servicio tercerizado por el complejo ramada lamentablemente, Aunque creo que lo estan por modificar, Esperemos que asi sea. Communication sucked with host

They stay was nice. Beautiful view. However, communication with host was difficult. She would get mad if I asked any questions and tell me that it was her way of doing things. I only knew how to do the check in process because my son stayed in same resort but with a different host and I went by what she told him. The staff at resort was very nice. The room was ok. The view was the only thing worth it. They is also not much to do around the resort unless you want to deive out into Miami. Nothing much within walking distance.

Angela, what a pity your comment. The only one who got angry was you because I didn't agree to what you wanted. In all condominiums there are rules to respect and you did not want to accept the rules. What a shame that you were not able to enjoy your stay with all the beauty that the city offers.

When first arriving for check in we had slight confusion with our reservation. VRBO had a communication error and the resort did not have our reservation. After reaching out to Andrea via text she was so wonderful and solved our little issue and got us in our room within a few hours because they still had to clean the room. Once in our room our week long vacation was amazing!! So many places to eat within walking distance and not a far drive to go do things. The room was so amazing and that view from the balcony was the perfect touch to “being on the beach” without actually being on the beach. I would recommend this room to everyone that asks me where a good place to stay in Florida is. Perfect resort right on the beach with a pool that has a bar for food and drinks. Especially nice if you want to spend the day on the beach and don’t want to go anywhere for food. Andrea was amazing checking in on us making sure the room was okay and that we were enjoying our self’s. We will be back hopefully within the year!! Loved it! 10 out of 10 stars!!

A Andrea’s oceanfront condo was the perfect location with an outstanding oceanfront view! I would highly recommend her place. It was very neat and tidy. The beds were so comfortable that I am going to order one for my guest room. Lol. And Andréa is excellent with communication and truly cares about her renters needs. She is a sweetheart ❤️❤️ Next time I’m Miami that is where I will surely stay (if available). Also, everyone who worked at the resort were so nice and helpful.
