This luxury real estate Condominium provides a peaceful atmosphere, free from busy crowds. Exclusive direct beach access. The building is just minutes away from high-end shopping, great dining, top entertainment and cultural hotspots.

More than 4 golf courts are within less than a mile from the Condo. Among them the Diplomat Country Club is within walking distance.
Walmart, Ross, Walgreens, and many other shops are located at less than half a mile.
Nearby Hotels include The Westin Diplomat and Crown Plaza with great restaurants and fun.

This is a paradise for fun as it is just minutes to Gulfstream Race Track & Shopping, Hard Rock Hotel & Casino and Mardi Grass at the Greyhound Track.

Aventura Mall is 5 minutes away from Condo and Sawgrass Mills Mall only at 10 minutes.

Parking service rates:
One week: USD 100 per stay
Two weeks: USD 125 per stay

Resort fee: USD 30 for every two persons per stay due only with Credit card at Check in at complex administration.

A USD 20 deposit will be requested to receive the Parking Decal, which has to be returned before 5 PM the check-out date to receive the USD 20 deposit refund.

Property manager was wonderful. Checkin process was long, but is expected in such a large complex to wait to get arm bracelets and door fob. Walking distance to Publix. Beach chairs umbrella in the room was nice. Beach and pool were very crowded - it’s a very large complex. Cafe onsite was minimal, but served in a pinch. Kitchen was well stocked if you plan to cook.

Everything you need for your short stay ! Great location

This place is on the beach , location is great many stores/restaurants around . The place was super clean and had everything we needed for our week stay . Thank God we had the host helping with checkin process. The host was super nice and responsive I would recommend and will definitely stay there again !!

Great condo!

Would definitely stay here again! Staff was kind and helpful, cute little cafe in the building, close to convention center. Close to the Boardwalk too, lots of dining options. Marcello and his people were very helpful when we ran late for check in and met with us first thing in the morning to get our key fobs. Thank you for sharing your place with us!

Hollywood Beach Getaway

The location of the property is excellent especially its nearness to the airport. The swimming pool was extremely nice as was the nearness to the beach. The cafe was a good addition. The check in process was too complicated.

Very nice and clean apartment. The location is great - close to everyting you need for a family vacation - food, shopping, restaurants. Quite and peacefull. Nice pool area and just a couple of steps from the ocean.

Perfect for a few days

The apartment was clean and very accommodating for our needs. The location is perfect for the beach and the pool. I would recommend purchasing snacks and drinks to store in the kitchen as there weren’t any restaurants close by.

Relaxing Vacation

My family had a wonderful time. From the condo to the facilities everything was not only excellent but clean and well kept. We were abke to enjoy ourselves and go out and about; what's more, the proxumity of grocery stores was great. This is not the first time we stay at Tides (both buildings). We often book an apartment with Marcello. His management team is always nice and helpful.
